So the burning tree wasn’t meant to be a full-on joke, it actually has a point to this! He was meant to be unshaded in panel four, too.. trying to bring out a DRAMATIC EFFECT LOL. Also here comes a Lily.

Alright, so that “dramatic effect” didn’t work too well as I didn’t notice it (the comic already has so much white in it), and I know the tree got struck by lightning, but if it’s raining as well, how the heck is it still burning?
