I suppose a girl might find him charming now. I know better. His life might seem better, but I’ve been in his shoes, a penpal (or e-pal, take your pick) and a girl I always hang out with. I settled with my pen/e-pal and settled with friendship for my current girl. It wasn’t as easy as it seems. If you don’t believe me, let me ask you one thing. Where is his scarf? I think that the new Mike is slightly worse thatn the new one, maybe it was all the fawning that just made him seem more of a complex character. But at least now he whole Sandy issue has been resolved and I feel happy for him. Go Mike!!!

”Now” is used too much as an end to a lot of the dialogue and that really bugs me.. but in the end, this was a successful comic and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Mike looks epic on panel fourteen. Also I really meant to make the side of the final panel fade out like that.. it was a bit of a joke showing that things were really drawing to a close and I just couldn’t think of a proper finale to this.. so yeah. This isn’t an excuse, either!
