This was just a silly idea in mind.. Lucy hasn’t been surprised before when it came to her birthday.. and Mike tried to make it a mission to do so each time, with failure in the end. He ended up giving up and just giving her an ambiguous gift.. but he’s really making fun of her for those that don’t understand XD Lucy has recently admitted to have had feelings for Paulo.. hence why the box of chocolates has his name on it. It’s to make fun of Lucy.. hence why Mike is all “True feelings are realized”
lol i luv explaining my joeks.. anyway, you also get to see the color scheme of Abbey! He’s a reddish-orange.. compared to Paulo’s orange-brownish.. and is also green-eyed. And I’m sure some people have noticed that on the black-and-white comics, his arms are never colored in.. well.. that wasn’t a mistake XD His arms and legs are white and stuff. WEIRD ABRAHAM LINCOLN.
Also fun fact.. Lucy’s birthday is November 7th because that’s the same birthday as one of my oldest friends.. she was the first other than my brother to have read my cat comics so she’s very special and dear to me.. so much that when I began assigning birthdays, Lucy took her birthday XD Everyone else is just randomized, though.
