I think its Augustus, that isn’t a scarf outline its his weird cloak(?) cover thing. The darken ears and the hair matches him to (at first i thought it was Paulo with wet fur making it look straight) Also if you look a couple pages back when ****** splash bottled water on Lucy, Augustus seems to take notice of her weakness.
