either why don’t the cheerlearders where shorts underneath or why would they have panties on since they walk around school naked in the first place; and why would the perverted ones be excited about seeing panties when they see the girls naked all the time?
also, I remember a panel from an earlier chapter (about the swimming arc) of the girls’ locker room; the dog had panties and a bra on, but if they were changing into their swimsuits why would she put on undergarments only to take them off seconds later?
