I thought it was pretty clear why it should have been Mike to console her rather than Abbey, since it was mainly Mike who she was having the problems with. I just think Sephiroth Cat’s interference here might have thrown a spanner in the works… Sandy and Mike could really have long-term potential, more than the others give them credit for. But aside from perhaps Lucy, they really wouldn’t know, would they?
All that aside, Sephiroth Cat sees all… lurking in the shadows…

The date is set.. tomorrow’s gonna be quite a party!
And by tomorrow, I mean several weeks in real life.. less, hopefully. This is the end of our chapter.. left on another delicious cliffhanger.. but yeah. Next time will be the prom! See Paulo and Tess in their formal getup.. and watch Mike and Daisy off at a carnival. And many more dramatic things will happen in the arc finale! Stay tuned!
I actually feel quite proud of this chapter.. it’s so dramatic and intense, but it was pulled off well for the most part, bar some areas. Let’s hope I don’t regret saying that like when I praised the horror of “Follow Me”!

Daisy is starting to freak me out a bit (fatal attraction) and the Abbey/Mike thing makes it seem like Abbey is putting too much of whats happening on Mike.

ahh that argument was definently the highlight of this chapter for me.
Abbey irritated about mikes seeming ignorance of daisys problems. I really don’t think mike was the right person to help her out with that anyway, it should have been paulo. (or even abbey, if he’d man’d up a bit)
the more mike helps when she’s in that vulnerable state the more attached she (and girls in general, for that) would get.
