Wow its a Sonic The Hedgehog movie reference o.0 only think different is that instead of running away from a hopped up owl in a crappy plane with a burned out engined yelling for help and getting told to shut up. She tells David to put on some pants which is so hilarious .

I’m a Sonic fan, yet I didn’t get the reference until reading the other comments. I always wanted to see the movie. So did my older brother. But we never did. We really need to one of these days.

I hate how Paulo is hitting on other people, yet he’s NOT hitting on Lucy. That ****** me off. Plus, shouldn’t David be praising him for returning to normal, or Tess getting onto him or something?

great day. the sonic the hedgehog movie. noticed as soon as i read the words “jet propelled body board”. i normally would be too young to have gotten that reference but almost ten years and that d@m^ blockbuster still has the original VHS of it. best movie ever.

I’ve just started ready these. Maybe for 48 hours? Whatever, but I love the characters, the story, everything! The only flaw is that the writing can be a bit difficult to read sometimes. An the sonic reference is the icing on the cake. I had that movie on VHS when I was like 5 and haven’t watched it since 7 but I remember almost all the lines. It made me a fan of sonic and then of comics. Going to find the movie now and watch it.
