I went to a club the other week, the guys just swayed their shoulders while holding their drinks talking to other guys, and the girls made moves that amplified their curves if they didn’t also have drinks. :|
It was like a schookid prom where the boys and the girls stay away from each other really. Just, physically closer and with sexual tension.

i once had a flat mate called “VODKAMAN!” i woke up one morning and found him asleep in a kitchen chair that he had been straped to with Clingfilm (Celophane) with a bucket straped to his chest. his mates said that they though he was going to chock on his own sick so thats why they did it.

Well, at least they’re comfortable with each other now that they’re drunk.

Jessica is either lonely or extremely cruel. I can see this ending up one of two ways; one night stand, or her laughing in Paulo’s face and telling him it was all a joke. Or they have a horrible night somehow and either it ends up like the movie ‘Knocked Up’ or ‘Superbad’. Either way I do not think Tess or Lucy are going to show up in this arc; they just don’t fit the story well. Maybe Mike or Abbey might but I think the notable female character quotient has reached its max for this one.

I can’t say that i’ve been blow out of my mine drunk but it took about 7 beers a shot of southern comfert, and about 4 mikes hard lemonad (which tasted very good by the way) For me to not want to stand up again. What a night that was, and the only time i ever got drunk at 19 years.

Now i’m 20 and i’m makeing my own beer and i’m legle to do it to. Funny how that works out.

If Paulo doesn’t end up doing anything with her, he will probably hurt Lucy and especially Tess’s feelings, but I doubt that it will have an overly large amount of negative impact beyond him getting whomped (though of course, she is likely to play it up to hurt Tess more).

Conversely, if he does something really, epically stupid… like sleep with her… then BOTH will be very upset. Tess will be LIVID, and Lucy will probably be angry AND depressed (but possibly more of the latter), especially given that now he’s turned down sex with each of them - if he sleeps with some random girl, that implies that they weren’t good enough for him (to them) and, perhaps worse to Lucy, implies that there IS something wrong with her after all.

Of course, we all know you can’t get away with nuthin’.

And yes, I loled at the random Sonic the Hedgehog reference.

jefe: She has a crush (which is, I might add, mutual) on Paulo, she made out with him (and tried to have sex with him! even though it was misery sex) not so long ago, he turned her down… it could easily put her out again, especially given that she was worried that something was wrong with her. It would be a further form of rejection for her, especially given that he’s liked her since forever and was her very first crush, as well as one of her more dependable friends.

Obviously it isn’t meant as such, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all if she took it that way.

Of course, that assumes something actually happens, which I’m not sure of… Paulo has done a good job up to this point in the story of NOT walking the walk despite his constant talking of the talk.

Your Webcomic is one of my favorites in web. It tell´s much of the real life and thats why i think it´s great. The way Paolo acts to satisfy Jess…. And as a note it really actually is less interesting once its legal.

Everyone is pretty much “Whatever” about it on this end mostly. So making a big deal about drinking and thinking it means you cool tends to show how young you really are. Overly impressed by alcohol= Underage/Kid in neon lights.

It’s like those girls you sometimes see with so much make up without the same connections as Jessica has. They’re trying so hard to act in a way they think is grown up its almost too dang obvious they’re not.

funny enough, i’m a big fan of lucy and mike becoming a couple, though, well, don’t seem like they are going to be, now that lucy has been hurt so badly and mike has yet to open his eyes (or what is going on) about his off seas girlfriend, we hear about her, but really, is she a charakter that is suposed to come, or show up?

Yeah, but BaconMan, she had the beer, and Paulo had the fruity drink. Since he’s a minor and not used to drinking, it figures that Jessica would soften him up a bit with something that’s a bit more like fruit juice. Beer is an acquired taste, after all. Plus, depending on the drink, it could be less alcoholic than a full pint of Guinness. Paulo probably wouldn’t need to drink much to get completely hammered out of his mind.
