I’ve noticed purple or a purple-ish grey is often used as an outline for white objects in cartooning rather than full-on black; it gives it a softer, less eye-catching appearance without looking unnatural.

Mm…>,< I always hate when people pull the “You deserve someone better..” line. D: In this particular instance; I feel as if she tells him not to wait so that she doesn’t feel bad about him waiting, when one could take it positively and feel proud that they have someone so good waiting for them. Plus with bad luck; some like to turn to that person they tell not to wait for them-because they realize they would’ve liked said waiter. But by then ussually it’s past and some time too late.

Notice, when she was with Paulo, she didn’t mind him kissing her and everything, she just wanted to feel loved. But with Liam, she cared. She didn’t want to take advantage of him or anything.

This is a much better colour, purple isn’t as hard on the eyes as bright green. Colour is good, but having it used for everything, panels included, gets annoying after a while.
