i used to like mikexlucy but after seeing sandy come along and see the way mike treated lucy i hope sandy dumps mike, mike tries to go back to lucy, lucy rejects him, and he goes off to be an emo somewhere while lucy AND sandy find someone better (kinda like liam but still dont know bout sandy, David maybe?

Too much Sandy? This is the first time we’ve actually seen her in a non-flashback situation or not in a dream. This is just what Sandy needed, character development of her present state.

dotdotdot comes off as a rude person..X_x no offence; but, you just really hate mike don’t you? Heck, I’d even go as far as to say if he went with Lucy you’d hate on him because of the effects you’d see from Sandy later. Sandy’s+Mike’s love is strong; and the fact that Mike has held onto Sandy despite all the peer pressure and the fact they’re long distant says alot by itself. I’m sure Sandy has gone through more, but the point is that they’re waiting for each other; and they both hurt alot when they had to be separated-hell, they hurt now being away from one another. Most people can’t bear that or the lack of physical presence; which is why long-distance relationships fail and majority(whom see’s long distance as impractical) of people refuse to acknowledge them.
I suppose I could just ramble on because I have a personal long distance thing of my own…so I feel for them. >< Mike spontaneously combusted on Lucy because he was holding everything in for her sake; and because he didn’t know. Since she admitted to love after his combustion, it couldn’t be helped; as people said “Too little Too late”. Mike never released his frustrations on anyone in the beggining; hence why he was “the ideal guy”-always caring for others n’ wot not. Whereas Lucy was releasing all of her frustration to everyone-and especially concentrated on Mike until she realized and was able to admit that she just wanted love+attention.

I can almost feel her soul dying when she starts taking to the lady behind the desk. It’s a creepy feeling.

Actually, Taeshi’s art is moving at a pretty normal pace as far as webcomic art goes. Beside, this comic has better story then most of the webcomics I read, and that’s a rather nice change of pace to be frank.

Hey i’m a guy and I like reading BCB, and before the question comes to anyone’s minds, no i’m not gay. I have read this comic from beginning to current and can say that anyone can like this comic and if they don’t they don’t have to read it, and if they comment about some small things they dislike okay, but if they go out of their way to say they hate the whole comic then they can go to hell.

Personally, I think this is going at a perfect pace. It’s slow but so what? It’s only 11 pages in total! If it wasn’t slow we might be done with it right now!

Also, about the girl post thing. I believe Suitcase sets up who posts with that background… so not EVERY girl will have it and thus there’s still no clear way to know how many girls are here and how many boys.

I know exactly what’s going to happen, those statues are really cursed guardians of an elder god. Sandy, is the brave lone adventurer that will soon accept the keeper’s mission to save the world from the ten-foot snack vendor.

No, they are those who attempted the trials Sandy is now set to face and failed. These trials are the only way to attain true glory and power, taking her “To The Top”. If she succeeds, she’ll be able to move back to Roseville with Mike with the power she’ll obtain. If she fails, she’ll be cursed into stone statue for eternity, and sent to Mike, being forced to watch him suffer and eventually end up with Lucy.

Over the past two days I’ve read through every single one of these (yes, yes, I’m sad, nothing better to do, heard it all before) including the ones that didn’t really make sense (kinda like David’s birthday) and I don’t really understand this as far as this is Sandy’s job interview, and that it might lead back to a MikexSandy kinda thing, possibly through working at the same place maybe?? :S BUT I still maintain that MIKE NEEDS TO GET INTO A DECENT RELATIONSHIP WITH LUCY. SANDY’S HAD HER CHANCE, BUT FATE (or more likely Taeshi) HAS CHOSEN TO KEEP THEM APART. HE SHOULD LOOK FOR LOVE CLOSER TO HOME. AND YES, MY CAPS LOCK KEY IS BROKEN.
