I don’t think I’ve ever seen curfew enforced. Police have things to do like catch murderers drug dealers and drunk drivers. and in the case of the Vancouver police department beat up civilians when they’re off duty.

Assault: Lucy kicked Carter in the face (although this happens all the time in the comic)

But of course, the cause of the curfew could be totally unrelated to all of these events
