I am 99% sure that the “Latest Chapter” button is Chirpy’s mother. Not sure about the “Prior Chapter”. Yashy dressed as Larken maybe?

It’s the Sonic The Hedgehog logic. Every character has some specific article of clothing that makes them “dressed”. If they remove said clothing, they’re immediately in the buff.

Basically, Lucy’s just fine right now. But if that bow gets caught on a tree and comes off, have the cameras ready.

Most likely both. That’s what I do for my drawings, it’s easier than doing it straight from the tablet (that’s what it’s called, BTW) and looks neater than straight scanning it.
