The biggest problem with CoD is the perks. Kill enough and you become nigh impossible to kill or stop. Also, did I mention the nuke? you could be on the verge of losing, but if you have one, you win? WTS? Not the same with Halo. In Halo you can kill someone with the right combination of luck and skill, even as a noob without the fear of harriers, or an indestructible chopper gunning you down. Only your skill is recognized.

Storywise, both were pretty good.

a little late, but to answer your question, I actually wouldn’t know. it seems like too small a demographic to make pirating a certainty, of course. I’ve seen pirated versions of webcomic artist Jay Naylor’s books, but that’s to be expected since he draws porn. In any case, I would still like to know how long the discount will last.
