i also find it funny how dogs are getting more intelligent and deep rolls. i mean, for the first few chapters the only dog i remember being in the comic was david, and lets face it, to date, david has NEVER been either as intelligent or as deep as a garden gnome. even later on most of the dogs were either the butt of some joke or david fangirls/boys.

@Seg Well, it’s generally not a good idea to play any sort of physical contact sport when you’ve got a broken bone. Just imagine: if he fell on that broken arm and made it even worse, those referees would be in serious trouble for letting an already injured child play. Of course, once it gets a bit better, he could play with his broken arm secured in bubble wrap.

Honestly I am really liking these new pages, but I’m also sorry to see that the incentive is slightly messing up for people. The only one I missed from voting was 28 surprisingly and the others actually have worked how they should. The fact for most of it was it was pretty dark, makes you wonder on how the final 4 pages of it will work.

I hope more will act better in the future, and so far on this chapter it’s very good.

Hey, great comic. Keep up the good work! It took me a while, but I managed to read my way up to the current storyline. Keep up the good work, I’m looking forward to the next one!

I enjoy every page of both the canon comic and the incentive comics and I’m not going to abuse the way they’re put on the websites. Breaking apart yet another life. Tragic loss after tragic loss has flown over these children’s eyes. Lost hope after lost hope, until the last shard of life has vanished before everyone’s eyes. Only one question remains in my mind after witnessing these events. Will Sue simply watch the last of these scenes unfold, living out the rest of her days overcome with guilt over her inability to save those closest to her? Or will she run to catch Lucy, crushing herself under the weight of the last domino’s fall? Only time will tell…

P.S. I don’t know why, but the final line from a Romeo and Juliet movie has creeped into my thoughts… “All are punished. ALL ARE PUNISHED.”

Woah, it really sucks I caught up late with the incentive. I’ve just seen the first 8 pages taeshi posted and from page 27 to today. Not like I can’t realise what’s happening though. So, is the incentive something totally unrelated to everything, or someone’s dream, or what? Oh well who cares it’s kinda fun (if by “fun” one understands “depressing” lol).
Anyway, I think Aaron should have played another sport in which arms are more important. Just sayin’.
BTW, does anyone else want to make “Advice David” a meme? Forced, but awesome nonetheless.

PS: Woah, since I read the whole comic in 3 days I guess I hadn’t noticed just how long it takes to make this comic. Not complaining though; the pace is better than most, especially taking into account the comic’s amazing quality. And by amazing I say that I’ve only thought about it for 3 days straight. Well, not “only”, but it does provide good food for thought.

Aaron, you f***ing quitter!

I am really tired of all the whinny incentive readers and @(some random commentater) comments to pages. Look back at the first few chapters and there are at most 20 acutal comments pertaining to the actual comic. There is this little place called the “Forum” at the top of the page up there where I’d love to physically throw all the chatty fans by the neck into where they belong. I realize I’m not doing much better. But I am doing this, this one time in hope that the chatty commenters will see this and finally realize that they could really just keep it to themselves. If your going to make a comment make it a real one. Something like how you liked how the artist slightly changed the art stylings a bit or mabye how you don’t understand the situation and need a tiny explaination. All and all fellow BCB geeks, KEEP IT TO YOURSELF IF IT’S NOT NECESSARY. The forum is there for a reason use it.

Edit: I guess it’s unfair to tease, I asked the same question too. Nope, the incentive comic is completely unrelated to this storyline. I guess in a sense you can call it an ‘alternate ending.’
