She doesn’t use him. He was her closest friend and she only acted that way to protect herself from getting hurt. Then the second she lets her guard down, he hurts her.
I don’t hate Mike, he just lost a few points with me. He’s still one of my favorite characters.

No I think the whole point of the arc where Mike is seperated from Lucy after falling off the bridge, etc etc. Is to show that their relationship isn’t as clear cut as we had made it out to be. That Lucy isn’t just a fierce tsundere whos best friends with her love interest. That she is actually psychologically dependant on him and you see how mental she is when hes gone. She isnt worried about his safety, shes worried about him not being with HER. So then she started to cling to everyone else around her. That arc was an eye opener that justifies the distance Mike puts between them. Its not an excuse to be a jerk, but the distance is fair. He might still surprise her, and if he doesnt this might actually be the kind of eye opener she needs.

Based on incentive 20, David is much more mentally-accepting than Paulo. Interesting.

The fact of Augustus being quite similiar to me (except the rape part, duh) is quite disturbing.
And we both ain’t popular among the girls :

Augustus would be more popular if he acted nicer and didn’t try to force others to accept him.

It was really cool to see how the art changed over the months, growing better and better until NOW…

I’m not a personal fan (no offense, just giving my opinion) of Paulo’s and Bunny boy’s coloring, I understand that’s their species, I just think they were cuter before. Aah, I love Augustus (and his design), even if we don’t know or see him much. I’m pretty curious about his character development, ‘seems to be in the bad guys side but he shows that he can have also feelings. If we think about it, he and Lucy are alike in some ways Well, I only hope that he will show up more in the future!

I remember…Augustus was with those ********** from Confrontation. Anybody remember that? I do. He’s a bad guy who probably plans on doing something terrible to Lucy and her friends. In fact, that’s exactly what they were planning, back in that brief chapter whose number I completely forgot because this is a long comic and you can’t possibly expect me to remember every little thing that happens! All I remember was that it was directly after the incident with him trying to rape Daisy.

Glad Lucy told him to **** off. He really needs to **** off.

Augustus is awesome. He is not the bad guy. He did nothing wrong.

He liked Daisy. He helped Daisy realize that Mike would never like her the way she liked Mike. He took advantage of that and wanted to help her become what she was afraid to be.

Despite his motives, he still helped Daisy get over Mike which was a good thing. And he didnt try to rape Daisy, he just tried to kiss her.

Kissing =/= Raping.

If you were a guy trying to get a girl that liked somebody else to like you, you would do everything in your power to make the girl discover on her own that the guy she likes is the wrong pick.

And just because he was talking to the gang guys from Confrontation doesnt make him bad.
