Sandy looks very happy that she “found it”, so the gift for Mike should be something very specific! Although he looks worried that it might be something expensive, that’s probably not the case.
Is it something we have never seen before, or is it more likely something coming back from the past? Taeshi sure likes to keep us in suspense!

Based on Mike’s reaction, I think it’s a photo from back when they were kids. It probably has Lucy in it if he’s so shocked. Or maybe it’s something that he lost, and Sandy found it.
