A lot of speculation going on, wish I could add my own to the mix but I honestly can not think of a reason why Lucy would be at the hospital and why her room would be completely emptied. The first points toward potential suicide attempt or admittance to a psychiatry ward, both of which are possible, Lucy has been in a bad place for quite a bit now. But the second implies a more permanent relocation that hospitalization just does not seem to mesh with.

On that note Mike did seem to rush to the local hospital pretty quickly, does he even know that she is there? In any case its nice to see he still cares about her despite past outbursts.

@TheRealSomeone(akaSomeone: Read Curtain Call again. That little memory that Mike had of Lucy made him realize that she wasn’t so bad to him all the time, that she actually does care. That’s why Mike tried starting over, Lucy had earned a second chance in his eyes when she brought back that childhood memory and reminded him that not every moment he had with her was bad.
