Smooth Sue, real smooth. You just defused what could’ve been an explosion and bought Paulo the time he needed to plan out a course of action.
Love Sue’s face on panel 4 with Mike. To me it says, “Great, another problem for me to solve, and just when I was about to get Mike to spill the beans about Lucy”.
The last panel is great also. Mike doesn’t know what’s going on, Paulo is still embarrassed out of his mind, Jazz is still thunderstruck as it were, and Sue is all “Stop looking at Paulo already. Awwwwkward”.
All these things going on, this chapter could end up very badly, very well, or somewhere in-between. It’s one darn sweet chapter for sure.

Has Daisy always been this… oblivious? Unaware?

Paulo did tell her about the break-up earlier in the comic right? I didn’t imagine that? So… shouldn’t it have occurred to her things might be a little awkward?

Then again, you already mentioned Daisy was careless so there you go. It’s no wonder so many people are protective of her.

@Lunacy: As for handling it maturely, she literally broke down crying the second Paulo left after they broke up. This is not something she’s just going to get over in a couple of weeks, so of course she’s gonna be bothered by having him around right now, ESPECIALLY with Rachel all over him.
