It's a scene from his fan story Time Cops! I started reading it and found this scene and just stopped and drew it because it needed to be drawn. LOL

Technically and grammatically, the first "impossible" should be replaced with the word "improbable." Secondly, to promote sentence coherence, (ignoring the run-on construction), a semicolon would be put to good use before the "however."

@Luigifan: Yes I know, McCain is supposed to be standing behind Mike in the scene, i just didn't draw him in the picture.
