On a Mac

Colloquy is the best IRC client for Mac OS X and iPhone OS. You can download Colloquy for Mac here, or get the iPhone version on the App Store. Just pick irc.rizon.net as your chat server and set it to join the #bcb room when connected.

On Windows

There are no good IRC clients for Windows, but mIRC is the most popular. Download mIRC here! Also, Firefox users can use the Chatzilla extension, and Opera users have IRC already!
