Here’s the worst part about it: I cannot come down until sometime in December. I was offered a commendation for completing my job, but I don’t want the damn thing. I just wanted to see the person who took care of me for 18 years, but I guess as long as someone in washington is making money, that doesn’t matter. I always wondered if politicians were people or just animals, but now I know.

I appreciate all the support, really. I feel like I’m stealing Jerk’s thunder, though. I still have him and his girl in mind, and really hope that he has no cause for suffering as I. I remember her fondly, and will hurt for sime time, but become a Fullmetal box of lightordark dirt is not the answer.

listen nero, i have had much experience with family death, so if i’m acting like a dick or it seems like i don’t care, i’m sorry. that’s just how i grew up. i’m extremely excepting of family members passing.

No way, Nero, I have no thunder to steal. I am thunderless, and so sorry to hear about your mother. I know in some part of me that in a properly-functioning world I’d have to outlive my own mom and dad, but I honestly can’t think about that. I won’t. It’s hard enough adjusting to losing a grandparent I can’t imagine what it would be like to lose either of my parents. I’m sorry, Nero. At the very least, she had to have been so fucking proud of you, if for no other reason than to have seen to the end that she had raised somebody worth raising.

On another topic, a good number of you need to be posting a lot less and listening a lot more. I can’t begin to describe how retarded some of these discussions have been.

My condolences to Maj. Tom on the passing of his mother, and my continued good wishes to Jerk and his girlfriend.

I put together a kind of character profile today and the main ingredient for this thought exercise was imagining ILB as a man (I hope she will not mind).

Long story short, I ended up with something like Allen Walker of D. Gray-Man fame, except…I guess you’d have to imagine ILB coming in here, chatting with us happily, and then leaving to kill someone as casually as brushing one’s teeth or taking a shower.

I’ve been following the posts actually I just don’t know how to respond.

Turns out Lark was right. The active ingredient in what I sprayed directly into my eye was hydrogen peroxide. You fuckers at Clear Care! It looks like a normal bottle of saline! x(

i’m going to a party tonight. on my way out, this is what i’m gonna say to my stepdad. “Bye Tony! I’m going to that high school party with no parents. It’s gonna have everything: alcohol, drugs, and sex. Don’t wait up for me, i’ll be back around 2am. BYE!”

@Jerk: I’m glad to hear she’s alive, anyways. That is a good start. I appreciate your sentiments on my mother as well. If she wasn’t on the other end of the country (WV), I’d ask you to go and speak on my behalf. But I cannot in all good spirit do so, so I sent the speech to my brother via E-mail.

It was a solution, not much actual peroxide. Yahoo! Answers seems to indicate it’ll be better by tomorrow, and I have an eye doctor I can *ahem* “see” if it’s not better tomorrow.
