“Tron” still looks amazing today, which is partially the great effects, but also because no one else ever tried the “Everything is neon lights” look, which is sad, because it looks so good.
Also when I got to the “Tron” level in “Kingdom Hearts 2” I nearly exploded from sheer joy.

Mass Effect was OK, 2 was an improvement, but neither game really struck home for me. I played and beat them, sure, but never really enjoyed them.

Event horizon was an excelent film. Have you guys seen Moon? A similar style, a guy living alone in the moon for three years, managing a mining facility, starts going crazy. But is it just him being paranoid, or is the conspiracy real? Dum-Dum-Dum!

not god killing pain, mearly god crippling pain. work wanted me to take tonight off but im no good with sick days. feel too damn guilty haveing people take my shifts so no matter how sick or in pain i go in. had to be driven home from collapsing to the floor more than once. Not looking forward to being second in charge, a two buck raise for endless stress and more duties, oh joy! but no one else to do it and i’d just feel like shit passing it off on someone else so hey what can i do about it?

speaking of rum… i still have that bottle of black seal in the fridge and a rum and coke right now would hit the spot before i hit the hay in an hour or so, only got two hours of sleep yesterday so mayhaps a spirited drink will lift my downtodden spirits..

My grandfather had his leg amputated from alcoholism and died before the age of fifty. I’d say that’s not a road I want to walk but since he only had one leg I guess he didn’t really walk it, per se.
