So, I just did more than half the fucking theatre departments jobs this morning (57) people this morning, shit that they had two weeks to do just got done in under an hour, because they are lazy incompetent shits. Why do I bother? Because the NCTC (North Carolina Theatre Conference High School Play Festival) is being hosted here and of which the majority of our students come from, so this is all an effort to make sure there are more than just me and one other tech next year.

There really isn’t a solution, since they tend to drop out their Junior or Senior year, their skills, attitude and work ethic earn them a permanent slot in the unemployment line. I’m not being hateful, I’m being truthful. If you refuse the advice of people who are internationally renowned with 30 plus years of experience and then the advice of your peers who know what they are talking about and have proof of such, then by all means continue to shoot yourself in the foot as you dig your own grave.
