Not necessarily; just an ultimate want. It doesn’t mean good or bad, but if someone threaten’s something you love, the lines between what you are willing to do and what you are not when based morally are pretty definite.

Also, two fingers of whiskey is the manliest amount of alcohol available.

@ Gamesking218: I live in Texas, and when you live in the southwest you drink fine tequila. Do NOT ever buy white tequila or anything not made from anything other than 100% agave or you’re drinking 100% bona fide piss water.

I also have rum, but tequila anejo is what I prefer. I bought it for my birthday.

and if you can find a drink that tasts just like a non alcoholic beverage then why not just drink what its flavored after.

What kind of tequila? I just drink it straight so… Iunno. Maybe it’s an acquired taste. The darker stuff is more complex while the blanco is pretty much just vodka with agave aftertaste. Plus, I’ve noticed everything aged in barrels has a similar taste.

Also, when you guys get to college, take a speed reading course. It’s the best $30 you’ll ever spend.

When I drink, the buzz relaxes my eye muscles and clears my head so I can read faster and retain information better.

I live in the greater NYC area, so I can get you basically anything, but none of it very good. Never tried tequila as a result, as I have only had the opportunity to try Jose Cuervo, and that just seems like a bad introduction to an otherwise fine beverage. Like drinking sewer run-off instead of purified water.

Also bourbon will knock you on your ass faster than you can say, “I’ll have a second one.”

Drinking just make me ether very Loopy or very “deep” thats the only word can think of that fits but nether are very good for retaining info, at least not for me

Bleh. Cuervo. That stuff has just enough agave for the Mexican government to stamp it with the label “tequila.” My first experience with vodka was last year when I had a gallon of Smirnoff.

@ Lark: It used to affect me like that, but not so much now. I’m at a happy medium (where I can just drink from the bottle instead of pouring it out, apparently). Jack is always good though. Can’t go wrong with the classic.

dunno but a little every now and then helps numb the pain for a shot while

I have tried a few types of alcohol on a number of occasions, but most of it just tastes uck. Beer is especially nasty-tasting, I can’t stomach the stuff.

There have been a couple of drinks where I could drink about half a serving before tasting the alcohol.

Yes and no. After she left and time had passed i met the girl who now holds and is peicing my heart back together. But as i said befor, old flames die hard

When someone that deep in your heart leaves, they take a chunk with them. First caomes the pain then the lonlyness, and then the hole. Very dark times for anyone. But i was able to numb all that and get ready of the feelings and because of thet calm before the storm i was able to keep going

I only had a two day supply, so i had only a 2 day repive. I shut down mostly but then slowly started back up again, little by little leting all the fellings back in, Good and Bad alike. But my Girl was like a jump start for my heart. What would have taken a LONG time is only taking a very short time
