All right, then - twelve minutes. ^_^

As we all know, *Ninja- was an assassin in training. And as most knife-for-hires, he learned that it is wise to advertise. Therefore he carried Greek coins, which he planned to use as his signature. (This was not really decipherable from the hints, but I added it as a, uh, backstory. ^_^) The silver knives were gifts from his ninjutsu academy, for the training mission.
The murders were practice killings, and during the course of the game he got gradually better. His first attempts were measly, but it culminated with an exhumation that was masterfully executed and craftily hidden. He has a sharp learning curve. ^_^
But he was discovered when hiding MiwAturu-’s body in the pile of wheat. ILB- saw him, but was not seen by him. When he was done, she went to talk with him. As he relaxed, she snapped and snapped his neck, to avenge the late pentagon, but especially for MiwAturu- (since, you know, MiwAturu played me. ^_^).
So there were two murderers, but they were not directly related in any way. The vastly different methods (stabbings, attempts at hiding with various success versus breaking necks and leaving them) hinted at this.
There were other leads, like the drug trail or the piece of cloth that fit in skykitty-’s clothing, but they were all coincidences - as evidenced by the lack of consistency in the manslaughter.

I know this was a bit hard to figure out, and that is really just my fault. ^_^ I did not enter the game with any preconceived culprits in mind, which would be hard due to the nature of the character creation. So I decided to force you to come up with some clues, and then redacting them. It was a cheap tactic, I know.
Oh yes, and I decided to let *Ninja be a murderer for obvious reasons - his line of work is assassination - but for me, it was just to play with those characteristics people assign me at times (me being a cold-blooded murderer that is really just the equivalent of Sojiro). And to creep everybody out. ^_^

Oh, and I proclaim GoldenArbiter01 and Lark90 (the real ones!) to be the winners, because their theories were closest to the truth. ^_^

Nah, I do not think so. If all the MMGs were novelised, then we would be in quite a pickle. ^_^

I’m glad that people have enjoyed this half-baked idea of mine, and I am sorry that I could not participate more, but I got called away for the last couple days.

Anyway, I would like to thank ILB for generously agreeing to do the hosting for this on semi-short notice, and for doing so without a prepared script, although I do frown upon her killing me.
