Think about how nice a person Mike has been this whole time until he snapped and he suffered because of it. Why do the nice suffer the fury of the wicked? Why does everyone hate Mike because he returned YEARS of both emotional and physical pain in one blow? What would have happened to Mike had he just continued? He would still have snapped, but his mind would fracture, he would go insane, become psychopathic. Now Every one loves Paulo who has been nothing but the worlds largest douchebag and everyone loves him? What the hell? So the wicked get loved while the nice get beaten? I swear to god, people who think like that are completely retarded.

It wasn’t even that he was doing it for revenge or anything. He would’ve returned it if he could, but he was with Sandy and she fucking knew it.

I’ve had arguments about this before and before I start I’d like to say that I am MikexLucy. First off Mike acting the way he did is expected but that doesn’t make it right. I wouldn’t say he is an asshole but I would say he is being sort of a jerk.

Second off, Paulo may not be the nicest guy in the world but he has a good heart and is by no means a bad guy. For the most part I’ve only ever seen Paulo be a jerk to Mike and Abbey and when he does that he is just messing around and does not have any serious hatred for either of them. I say he has a good heart because if any of his friends really need him he’ll be there for them, Lucy being the main example. My main point is that neither Paulo or Mike is a bad person and it’s easy to see from both points of views.

PauloxLucy guys got a huge boner with the third page of the daydream. And you know is true.

Answer to the latest post: He could, Jerk is moderatly messed up in the head grand answer to this thread: people only think in the short term, most recently Paulo has become a more sympathetic character and Mike a less sympathetic character. Also Paulo is getting far more screentime as of late.

I say that Mike had to be kinda jerky to get the message to Lucy that she needs to grow up. I mean look what happened with Daisy. He wasn’t a jerk and she kept on chasing him. And when he was a jerk she finally realised that it wouldn’t work. That and Abbey XD. But that is just my opinion. Im sure he still cares for her, but just wants her to grow up.

Hm. Well, you don’t exhibit any of the typical symptoms. Still, I’m going to have to put you in quarantine until we know for sure. This could be PauloxLucy Super AIDS, resistant to all attempts at MikexLucy therapy.

Mike doesn’t love her. Or he’s denying it. Either way, he’s a friend, and does not want to be more. Even if he did want to be more, he only ever thought of her as a stand-in Sandy, and still remembers thinking of her as Sandy. And besides, same thing went for Daisy as went with Lucy, except he was much, much nicer to Lucy about it.

Paulo is dating a freshman, in love with Tess, and had a crush on Lucy back in Middle School. I think he’s going to end up pursuing Tess, no matter the personal cost. Good friend to all, now that Daisy is with Abbey, and no longer interested in him. Now he’s officially slept around, though.

But, what Paulo did with Lucy wasn’t great, but could have been so much worse, and it helped her, even. Lucy confessed her love because of crazy guilt dreams, and then shared Paulo’s bed. He kept her from making a mistake, but she got a bit of a wrong impression, and both her and Tess were out for blood. Lucy’s just latching onto people and hanging tight, and not coping with her own issues, because she doesn’t understand that there’s more to relationships than what she knows.

Paulo’s mistake was not understanding that Lucy had attached herself to him in such a deep way, whereas he’s always casual, she’s always serious. And of course, David didn’t help the situation much at all. And by that I mean he literally fanned the flames.

I like Mike for standing up for himself and his relationship with Sandy, and just saying No.

Whoever Lucy ends up with, it had better not be Mike unless Sandy dies in a plane crash coming to see him. And similar goes for Tess dying if Lucy gets Paulo. And since I want neither of those things to happen, Lucy ought to hook up with David. Opposites balance?
