Bittersweet Candy Bowl

I have the artistic talent of a 6 yr old, and have even less comic-writing ability, but this comic is my new obsession so I am devoting tributes. I use the ads as my signature in every forum I post in. Except this one. For obvious reasons. Please don’t criticize it too much. I’m the most sensitive person in the world (and I understand that sensitive people shouldn’t be on the internet but still). Ah, I’m rambling. Boo. Anyways, the masochistic relationship between Mike and Lucy is completely interesting to me, so…yea… um… Wonderland! Mike version!

Also, my comics are impossible to understand so I’ll explain what’s going on. @_@



Mike falls down the rabbit hole and the Queen of Hearts (Lucy) is gonna execute Alice (Sandy).

In the first, impossible to understand panel, Mike unties Sandy and then asks Lucy the reasonable inquiry of: ‘What the hell?’
To which Lucy responds to be going: ‘tsun tsun!’
and then: ‘dere dere!’
Mike, being a fan of the moemoe, is apologetic for a moment and then goes back to being mean Mike (the mike that rejected lucy and wouldn’t say anything but sorry when she was crying )

And then BAM TSUNDERE.
Mike strikes a cool pose while setting Sandy down. His scarf is all magic and floaty.

But the queen of hearts (Lucy) goes all sweet and moe and Kotonoha on him. So he has to avert his eyes to resist the KAWAIIDESUNE. She can’t keep it up though.
So it’s back to tsundere.
HE HATES TSUNDERE LUCY.
Be deredere already, ya ice queen!

S-so um, he confronts her about it, and she admits that she can’t stop the tsuntsun.
Mike makes the excellent point that Sandy is not Bipolar. Sany-alice gives Lucy an OOC ‘f you’ gesture’.

And theeennnnn…

EPICFAIL CONCLUSION.
Woooooh.
I’m going to resume quietly lurking now.

Oh no! Now Lucy’s gonna punch you and then cry about it!

Also, I’m a fan of LucyxMike, but Mike’s argument is pretty sound.
“Well Sandy’s not Bipolar.”
Yep. Sound logic behind that one.

This was actually kind of cool. The first page is terribly drawn and is somewhat hard to follow… But the rest actually flow pretty well. Also, the dialogue is surprisingly well written all things considered.

Very clever little comic.

I’m with Maverik. That was pretty fun.

Pretty good and the art is decent.

But hey! Bittersweet has lots more flavor to it then just sweet, Michael! Too many sweets can lead to diabetes!

The dialogue is just great too, by the way.

Honestly, at first I thought this was going to be a troll thread in which you just rag on fancomics.

Change the tittle to cool fancomic by a cool guy

The Mike holding Sandy with magical scarf levitation may well be my next wallpaper. Loving the ending, everything is nice and dramatic. Just the way it should be. Congrats
