Bittersweet Candy Bowl

After much deliberations, i have decided that I want to start my own business. After further deliberations, i have chosen to work towards opening a hobby shop. Its gonna start as just one store but if its successful i hope to expand it nationwide. Obviously, i need to get merchandise. Warhammer 40k, fantasy, and other gamesworkshop games are pretty much covered, but i want more then that. I want to sell model cars, trains, planes, rockets, and several card games.

Now obviously I need to buy the stuff to sell it, and im trying to find websites or stores that sell some form of the above items as wholesale. You know, discounted off the retail price to be sold as retail. If anyone has anything to offer id be extremely grateful. Also, I’ve become such a fan of BCB i wanna dedicate at least part of the checkout counter to it. So…yeah Taeshi if you read this maybe we could discuss some discount prices on your merchandise so i can re-sell? You’d get most of the profit for it.

Anyways yea so if anyone has wholesale, id be grateful.

All Trains

pokemon cards (theyre still kind apopular here)
yu-gi-oh
magic the gathering
model equipment such as pliers, paints and so on

Wizards of the Coast, who produces Magic: the Gathering, and Games Workshop both have distributor connections, I’m sure.

Honestly? I’m not confident in it as a business model but this is your thing so fuck it. So:

1. Put together a business model (research this).
2. Apply for a small business loan.
3. Contact distributors and stuff.
4. ??? (<—— Advertising)
5. Profit.

I’ll see if I can’t find some other stuff for you.

Yeah, I’m just in a mood to go overboard tonight. Anyway, if you mean contact info I can probably put up the phone numbers / emails for distribution centers belonging to all those companies if that’s what you’re looking for.
