also one of my main gripes was the fact I couldn’t ban and delete comments and I had to always wait for Souppy.. who doesn’t really care and would leave it for like AGES until I was finally raging in anger enough to force him to do it.
Long story short he taught me 
(i really wish I could do this stuff on the phone though :l But this is an improvement, and will be less anger on my side.)

Good Lord, Taysh, I was just kidding <3 Hanging around here, one either toughens up and learns to fire back and not take things personally…or go back to his/her hugbox. Suitcase is more likely to do or say something like that, but you can usually tell when he really means it or not.

Personally, this forum is a lot more laid back than every other one I’ve ever come across. This includes the insanely lax eggxpert forums. (I’m referring to the members, btw. There are incredibly few bans here, largely because no one really gets pissy like they do everywhere else).
My suggestions for the rules:
1. No trolling, flaming or antagonizing.
2. Stay on topic.
3. Label your posts appropriately.
4. Use the search bar before posting, to see if a question/topic has already been addressed.
5. No “First” or “I win” comments.

If you’d like me to be blunt, the ‘no trolling’ suggestions aren’t really good for a list of rules. It looks… “unprofessional”. But that’s just a personal opinion.
1. No adult content
2. Try to avoid derailing threads, but don’t be afraid to get a little off-topic once in a while.
3. Don’t be a jerk, don’t be a dick, be nice to the other members, you guys decide which one to use.
In general, these should be the only rules a forum like this needs.
