Kizuna and Carson were both fan characters, not Taeshi’s creation. She killed them off because fan characters had become more trouble than they were worth.

Taeshi didn’t have to include her in the first place, technically. BCB is Taeshi’s creation. Personally I don’t care how or if she died because she served no purpose to the plot, and thanks to her incredible clumsiness I highly doubt she would have lived to the see the age of 18 anyway.
