Taeshi making a public porn series? Not gonna happen. Hell, it SHOULDN’T happen.

Darkstrife covered most of the reasons pretty well, but long story short, Taeshi isn’t Jay Naylor or something. She makes BCB because it’s fun, and it’s a story she wants to tell. Not because she’s so desperate to pander to people that she’ll throw away her integrity for the sake of our approval.

By the sounds of it, you see nothing wrong with creating porn. That’s fine. Plenty of people think like that. But the majority see it as a desperate move, or a loss of creative integrity. Akin to “Selling Out” if you will.

And besides. Why do you want her to make a “Yiff Comic”? Are you seriously in that desperate need for wank material? What would adding graphic sex scenes add to BCB really? Sure, it’s fun to toy with the concept in one shot Omakes and it can be silly/interesting/hilarious, but why would it need to go down that path in the main series?

And before you say “Oh but I meant a completely different story”, I ask, why should ANY of Taeshi’s stories be specifically about sex? Hell. Furries having sex no less.

As I understand it, there ARE plans for more comics once BCB is done. But they won’t be about animals. You have to remember, Taeshi isn’t a furry, and BCB isn’t a furry comic. The characters are animals because it was created when she was like, 6.
