i’ll start.
i think we will survive, although it would be objectively better if we didnt.

We can’t reach Mars, but we can destroy Earth many times over.
I think humanity won’t live for much longer.
All I can say it’s I’m not going to be the one to push the button.

will we survive long enough to colonize other planets? Maybe.
should we? Maybe.
are we progressing? (we are) Hell yeah
how will we end? Alien cucumbers with laser hammers.
space travel? Oh hell yes.
faster than light communications? Maybe
interdimensional colonization? I’d like to think so.
what do you think of the current state of the world? We’re idiots, but we have our good moments. We need to work on them and make them EVER BETTER!
getting better? I’d like to think so.
getting worse? Maybe.

Right now all I can say is that people are too transfixed in their relaxed, balanced positions in life to actually do anything. Seeing as how the majority is stuck like this, until someone can come along and lead us into the next part without just handing it to us, we won’t get anywhere. I’d like to say that people will eventually join and solve the problems willingly, but at this rate it’s not gonna happen anytime soon.

Lets just say we survive forever.
If we have and infinite amount of time and an infinite amount of space, a infinite number of experiments in whitch we screw with the fabric of reality will take place and just once we will screw up everything. Therfore, the human race can’t continue to exist forever.

We can survive until the 25th century then we die cause of our own doings like
Global warming y’know something like that

will we survive long enough to colonize other planets?
- I hope so.
should we?
-Well, If this “planet” has no native inhabitants and suitable for us, Why not?
are we progressing? (we are)
-Yes, We are.
We’re getting better, But Also Getting worse.
how will we end?
-Big Bang
-War
-Virus/plague
space travel?
-We can do it now, aren’t we? We can land on mars, or even go on a holiday on moon.
But if you’re speaking of inter-galactic travel and all that, Well, It’s something yet to be made.
faster than light communications?
-One day. yes
inter dimensional colonization?
-one day. yes
what do you think of the current state of the world?
-All this wars…..Korea, Terrorists,and all that…..
Also natural disasters, like tsunami at Mentawai, Eruption of Mount Merapi…..
I don’t know what to say. Can’t pick a word.
getting better?
-Well, At least the technology’s gotten better which means we can Improve ourselves. And use this technology to Improve the environment, and all that…..
getting worse?
…..but Better technology = Better Weapons = Worse War.
Improvements always has its consequences

will we survive long enough to colonize other planets?
Perhaps. We might.
should we?
Hm? Difficult to answer. I would say no, but if the need becomes complete, then yes.
are we progressing? (we are)
Of course.
how will we end?
Plurally? No idea. I doubt it is the way most people think of it, though; probably at night or some other time we never see it coming (and not like that, either ^_^).
space travel?
We have that already. We went to the Moon, remember? ^_^ But less facetiously, I would say that we probably will not be able to travel further than Mars.
faster than light communications?
Hi there. ^_^
interdimensional colonization?
No; not possible at all.
what do you think of the current state of the world?
Hm? Oh, somewhere in the middle. We are getting better in theory, practically we still remain on a lower ground.
getting better?
In some ways, yes.
getting worse?
See previous answer.

To be perfectly honest, I’m absolutely terrified of any future beyond 2 weeks from now. These are what I think based on what I know now, not what I want to happen:
will we survive long enough to colonize other planets? Almost definitely, what with discovering water on the Moon and Mars.
should we? No, frankly, we shouldn’t. Because we’re going to do the same as on Earth: strip-mine it, take any and all resources and overpopulate until we have to leave. Again.
are we progressing? Depends on your point of reference. Technologically, defnintely. On a human level, we’re still warring and killing each other on the streets. That should be enough, I think.
how will we end? Either we’ll kill ourselves out thourgh pollution, war, etc. Or we’ll continue until the Sun goes expands and engulfs us. We’ll either have developed space travel or burn to death.
space travel? As soon as we find a decent power source, or cryogenic/hybernation states, yes.
faster than light communications? If the LHC works well, we may find out about how tachyons work. But wouldn’t faster than light messages go back in time?
interdimensional colonization? Playing around with new dimensions is just begging to have something absolutely devastating happen. So no.
what do you think of the current state of the world? In theory, we’re doing well, but practise is an entirely different thing.
getting better? Ah, one of the classic there-is-no-yes/no-answer questions. I think with time we’ll sort ourselves out or die out. It’s the way of the world. Or we’ll get so miserable we will force ourselves to change.
getting worse? If we act in time, no. But with our sense of traditional procrastination, we well may do.
On reflection, I seem to have an appalling sense of how we as a race are going to be in the future. That’s probably why I don’t like to think about the future too much. Maybe restarting that optimism thread will cheer me up…

I think we will have a terra formed colony. right now? no. later when were overpopulated and the government is sterilizing people like china? yes. as for progressing we are devising better more efficient ways of killing ourselves and our culture is collapsing as Tv ratings get more and more leniant when it comes Media. and we are struggling to progress in the “Green” department as our green vehicles are expensive, and more people favor versatily and power, and Mpg’s ofcourse. And i haven’t seen any Wind farms in my state. so i guess we could say we are progressing negatively. I think our demise is in our ability to create and use technology plus another factor that is hard wired into our brains is our Ideas about morality and cultural beliefs. as for natural disasters well really it’s our big ass mistake coming back and slapping us in the face. space travel will be safer and probably more expensive, to the point where if you want to get off Earth you better be great friends with billionaire next door. but there is a new rocket technology that can get to mars in about a month. of course when mars is at its closest to earth. Getting there would be the easy part coming back would be hard because once you get there it won’t be long before mars passes earth up and if you calculated your heading to reach earth its probably going to take longer to get there maybe 2 months maybe 20 years. so your other option is to wait for 2 years on Mars and then come back. As for faster than light communications, it is possible because the idea that nothing is faster than light is only a theory. just like black holes having infinite amount of gravitational pull. scientists have observed black holes swallowing light. so you want your radio signals to travel faster? Aim them at a black hole. another idea is using quantuam mechanics in order to fold space and “teleport”. but quantum mechanics unpredictable because anything could happen. in the case of quantum computer (yes they actually do exist) A 1 could be a 0 at the same time in the same relationship. go to wikipedia and look up quantam computers. you don’t have to read the whole thing… Interdimensional colonization? hmmm. well when were smarter and we know wat the hell were doing which is going to be a long ass time, i think not. the existence of dimensions have not been proved yet anyway. The current state of our world is deteriorating and maybe if we’re lucky enough Fallout 3 will become a reality and we’ll be hiding in vaults with insane overseers. if you are still reading this you either understand what i’m saying, or you were hoping that eventually i would elaborate on the topics covered. thank you for reading this
