The hat is honestly the only thing I like about that picture. But I hate the colors I picked out for her dress. Huurrrr! Being a girl for a minute, colors clash!

Hey, everyone, what should the next game be? A treasure hunt, possibly?
Comment ID #31164
i dunno, still has a possibility of people getting killed alot, not that i have a problem with that
Comment ID #31166
Well, at least there probably won’t be an insane murderer/murderess present.
Possibly homicidial monsters, and horrible things with longer teeth than feet and more feet than toes, but at least they don’t stuff their victims with each others and roast them. Humanity is the most inhumane thing around. ^_^
…By the way, is getting killed a lot worse than getting killed just a little? I’ve always wondered.
Comment ID #31167
As long as i get another rifle,i never got to use mine
Comment ID #31172
I’m sure that if you write it you can have it
Comment ID #31175
I like the jungle Idea, but next time we do a murder mystery let’s have it on a cruise ship. There’s a good reason for the cops not to show up! Or maybe there’s a threat of a bomb on the ship and we have to figure out who and why by the end the day? Argh brainstorming.
Comment ID #31180
I agree about the cruise ship.
Comment ID #31181
Yeah i was thinkinga cruise ship, if it becomes a problem with the plot for the story version of this just say that the only bridge that can get to the property is out.
Comment ID #31189
That works. I hope no one minds if I leave the Helicopter out, do they?
Comment ID #31190
Man, that cruise ship idea reminds me of “The Ship.” Have you guys ever heard of that game?
Comment ID #31193
Nope! Do tell!
Comment ID #31216
Yes please eliminate the helicopter, it kind if eleiminates the no espcape possibily if we have helicopters handy. really like how the stories comin along so far though, good charteri development so fars
Comment ID #31219
Set it in the past, no helicopters then. (specifying a time help)
Comment ID #31220
Thanks, I’m trying to get the next one done, sorry if it’s taking a bit guys!
Comment ID #31240
aw no worries great art takes times, and yes i originaly planed to set the game in old timey times but with all the crazy crap that started to show up the closest timeline it could take pace in and still be believable would be the 1920’s or so that would account for a measure of modern tech as well as a slighly old school feel t it. though thats in the authors hands now (i really should have specified a time though)
Comment ID #31245
Considering we just started finding sniper rifles around and bundles of C4, I’ll just leave the time a mystery and let the read pick the time period. Maybe we’re all just old school rich people.
Comment ID #31257
hey,i had nothing to do with all the c4 that was found lol…
i only found one sniper rifle :|
Comment ID #31258
No, but someone did keep finding grenades littered throughout the house…. *Cough*
Comment ID #31259
Grenades have existed in some form since the 1400s (althoigh it was just an iron ball with gunpowder and a slow burning wick)

@ Comment: “The Ship” is a game that takes place inside a ship. The storyline basically goes like this:
In a random luxury cruise ship, a man know only as “X” has commandeered the vessel in order to devise his disastrous game. Everyone willing to play is given a “quarry,” a person whom they are directed to kill. However, they are only given a name - they must seek out and find their quarry themselves, but they must watch out, for they are too being hunted. They must also avoid being caught by the police that are still present there, as these ships have a brig and cary serious fines for offences. Killing your quarry or hunter earns you money which you can use to eat and survive in the ship, while killing innocents takes away a penalty. Regardless, the only way to win in “The Ship” is to kill is to earn enough money, usually a million dollars, to buy yourself a ticket out. Other than that, there is no escape.
I’m sure I missed a few details, but that’s basically how it is. Maybe the next game can be like that, but it’s have to be a lot more organized. X3
Comment ID #31263
I was origimnaly going to have a grenade inside lilly turning her into an insane quil slinging bomb but i though i went a bit too far with the gore alreay at that point. well we shall just have to see how this story goes, we know the basic outline but theres still alot of room to grow so i suspect many suprises await,
Comment ID #31267
Spradic there is no way these people will get organized. XD
Comment ID #31272
Yeah. Otherwise, I’d try making it myself. I can see people pulling guns out of thin air and taking perfect aim. I’d be all “GUUUUUUUUYS WHERE DID YOU GET THAT?” Cue shrugs. ^_^’

I’m in on the cruise ship idea, by the way. Except not “The Ship”, that’d be a bit difficult in the current setting.
Comment ID #32261
Is anyone currently planning/making the next one? I could probably try setting up a topic for it, but I don’t want to take the initiative from anyone else.
Comment ID #32263
Currently reading main page, skipped comments in this thread (as of now) to avoid spoilers, but one thing: I want in on the next one. Pleeease?

IM kinda of burnt out still from leading the first one, it can get a vit caotic at times. However if i could help provide with charecter profiles or such i wouldlnt mind at all, atill have some ideas that havent been completely burnt out of my noggin
Comment ID #32390
Yes, I imagine things went bad when we spammed the thread into oblivion during the course of one night. ^_^
Comment ID #32405
Hell i never thought it would be that successfull, thankfully the women in the group and a few dedicated people kept it in line, Mike’s post were amusing though and thats why he didnt die or get a very bad end (sexually transmitted zombie plague) insane amount of posts just when i was sleeping the first day,
Cant wait for the next one to start though, a good idea would be to keep a couple of chaecter nonplayer that way they can be used as bait as well as scene changers if things start to get stale or overly confusing.
Any way i can help just ask
Comment ID #32423
Well, if nobody else steps up in the next two hours or so, I could make a proposal and post it here - then, perhaps, you could be so kind as to look at it? After all, you do have the most experience, Goldwulf. ^_^

Im sure anything you come up with will be great and it would be a nice change to have a cunning femine mind at play on this one, i would be glad to check out the probposal for the next one…..also because people were mentions ships and boats so much this poped into my head http://www.youtube.com/watch? v=i6WqwIU50gM&feature=fvsr i seriously doudt the thread will evolve into that though, just keep an open mind for the game and go along with the flow of the players, use silk glove tactics (strong but gentle) push em to far in one direction and the players will fight it so just yeah, give it about a day or half a day for people to get set in with there charecters and get em chooseen, eh you know what im saying, you shall be fine
Comment ID #32435
^_^
I probably will. But if someone else has made something already, I don’t want to ruin that.

Finished reading old thread, starting on this one, so far still awesome!
Sig removed upon Lisa’s request.

If we’re on a boat, I think we should continue from where we left off. SuexMcCain, Lucy rich, Mike the ex doctor. And come up with new profiles for the other now ressurected characters.
Comment ID #32509
I agree,i’d like to be something else instead of a journalist this time
Comment ID #32514
I think new charecters this time, something unexpected, dont know weather they will be based off the comic cast or not but thats ILB’s choice she is the captain of this ship. (by that i dont mean she’s the captain of the ship were on or not that too is her choice) so its the boss’s choice

indeed..

I think Ex Dr. Mike Nicopolis and Blur should be bartenders. Ex. Dr. Not being able to afford to booze anymore after ruined career. (obvious conflict.)

DONE!! Awesome job, you guys! Kept me up till 4 AM last night! Can’t wait for the fanfic version! Contemplating printing it… Had a lot of fun you guys, even for not actually participating.
Also, I’m the type that takes things very seriously, so when given a role, I fill it pretty well! ^_^
EDIT: But Augustus was my favorite character!

“Death on the Nile,” anyone?
Comment ID #32544
Uh… Is this okay? Here are some character summaries I wrote down…
Monseigneur Michelle Sandeur - A French painter, and widely known for his expressionist works and eccentric behaviour. Has a small moustache, and smokes a pipe. Does not have any relation with anyone except the hostess. He mostly lives in a world of his own - though he does notice when he is talked about, and reacts exaggeratedly on praise or slights.
Lucia Torressi - A young Italian woman who seems to dislike mr. Sandeur even though they have never met. Her wealth comes from her late father. Blunt and candid, she speaks her mind but hides her feelings. Her relationship with mr. Stark is also rather strained.
Lord Abraham Hamilton - He is corteous to anyone who are wealthy and act it, but tends to look down on everyone else (like the servants). A British knight and old money, he is the richest and wealthiest of the guests. Also dislikes mr. Stark quite a lot. Smokes a pipe and wears a tux.
Lady Diane Hamilton - The wife of Abraham, and a woman who enjoys life to its fullest. She is not the most socially intelligent among them, but that does not stop her from being happy. Everyone, even those who wrong her, are treated equally nicely. She sometimes wallops her husband, however.
Paul Stark, Duke of Burgundy - A German Duke, who changed his name to “fit in”. In spite of his high status, he prefers instead to live down-to-earth and without the pretentiousness of the stiff upper lip. He is very rich, however, which infuriates Mr. Hamilton. Has a history with all the women.
Davido Bavieca - A higher-class Spanish tomboy who wears monocles on both eyes for fun. He recently came into possession of large quantities of cash for reasons unknown. Quite reckless and impulsive, but never actually irresponsible - though he constantly steps the line.
Susanne Siegler - The hostess’ sister, and very highly educated. Her family’s money and her own intelligence enabled her to achieve no less than six doctorates in different fields, and she never hesitates to brag about her accomplishments. She, like her sister, is Indian by birth.
Theresa Kenning - Wealthy, but gives a lot of money to charity. She is one of the few rich people who genuinely care for those less fortunate. Her home is in Denmark, and though she clashes with many she only holds grudges against the painter (again, for no known reason) and the captain.
Amanda Stilte, Countess of Rotterdam - The quiet rich person. Nobody knows much about her, or see much of her, but she stays in the background with a faint, knowing smile on her lips. Men have a habit of falling in love with this silent Dutch woman. She is very young, but highly mature for her age.
Zacharias Thompson - An American, whose high status and wealth is due to a lot of hard work in the music recording industry. Both Torressi and the hostess are indebted to him, but others are eyeing him suspiciously. He only seems to notice his music, and the grand piano.
Maria Olina - Young and idealistic, and despite her wealth she is a communist. This Argentinian is often viewed with mutual suspicion by other guests. She has great respect for people like Lady Hamilton, Count Stark and madam Kenning (who have the “right idea&rdquo
. She does not hate the others, however.
Sir Plato l’Aristotle - A Greek man who is just as adventurous and well-travelled as the hostess. He is a flamboyant actor, though his attentions are now focused on the men. Yes, he is the resident homosexual rich person. The others know of him, but only the hostess knows him well.
And the crew:
Roger Rahab - The captain of the ship. A rough, tough sailor who bullies everyone else around. He has a harsh outlook on life, and an even harsher language. Not a bad person, but his experiences in the wars have given him a rock-hard attitude to everything. He also has an accentuated limp.
Rachelle Mabelle - A waitress. She does her work exquisitely and responsibly. Learned in the ways of the world, she doesn’t even blink at the most gruesome event. Life has also taught her that being angry with your enemies does not harm them. Her enemies are seemingly few, though - only T. Kenning.
Alexander Pjotr Makretzy - The incredibly blunt cook. Logical to a fault, he appears to have no emotions - except possibly annoyance. But he is, after all, a cooking artist. His meals are exquisite, and his desserts fiendishly good. He was chosen as a cook due to his relation with Sandrine’s sister.
August McIntyre - An Irishman who hates Oliver Cromwell. He is a waiter, and plays his role extremely well - limp, stiff upper lip, and all. We know little about him; he is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. He has amazing technical insight, and also acts as the boat mechanic.
Yashy Yamabushi - The cleaning woman, who is more or less constantly mad about something. She works diligently, but makes spiteful comments about everything. No one knows why she is so angry. Her colleagues are treated nicely, however. Her nationality is, of course, Japanese.
Lastly, the hostess:
Sandrine Siegler - Has a charming speech impediment. Her artistic endeavours have aquainted her with painters, musicians, sculptors, writers and poets from all over the world. She met most of the guests on her travels, as is the case with the crew. Her presence is noticed, but not much more…

hmmm the glasses fit her charecter quite well and the stache looks hilarious, the other pic captures the later stage of the game nicely with the deducting sherlock hat on like it is.
