We all love BCB. But… don’t you think that certain activities of the characters are… suspicious? In this thread, we shall discuss the conspiracies within BCB.

First one I would like to talk about is the fact that David is obviously not the lovable idiot that he is, but instead an EVIL MASTERMIND.

The first time this is evident is during the vacation story arch when David plants the idea in Paulo’s head that he might be in love with Daisy, thus ruining his chance of getting Tess in bed. However, I think that this may go even farther back than that.

Let’s take a look at the new version of the chapter of Confrontation. Now in the old version, David was not present… nor was he present in this new version. Remember the thug that they met in that chapter? Coincidence? I think not. What are the chances of the exact same thug who turned Paulo into a pervert being in the exact same place at the same time? David tipped him off.

And it seems that David has the most against Paulo. If you remember, in the most recent chapter, who was it who pushed Paulo into pursuing as many girls as he can? It was David. And how fitting is it that the first two girls he goes after is Jessica and Rachel? After all, they are working with David.

Why do I make this claim? Well, let’s take a look back at this page. Look at the flirting that happens between the two characters and the Rachel’s obvious interest in our spry little friend. If that is so, then why would Rachel have a sudden interest in Paulo? The answer is obvious. She is working with David. David used Rachel in order to ally Jessica and also tear down Paulo’s self-esteem.

Now, let’s take a look at this page. What advice does David give Paulo? “Find someone your age or younger.” Now, being a high school sophomore, what’s younger than that? Yes. Freshman girls. David plans on spreading his network of people who he can control. Paulo is a lost cause now, and he will soon gain favor with all the freshmen girls. Now, without any freshmen girls to date, who will the freshmen boys go after? OLDER WOMEN. By using Rachel and Jessica to get to the rest of the cheerleaders and popular girls, the process can repeat ALL OVER AGAIN.



Anyways, your thoughts? Have you noticed anything fishy about any characters?

But he has good intentions, even if they lead to disaster.

This… this is like when I made my conspiracy theory that Horatio planned everything in Hamlet. I had quite the summary I tell you.

I do believe that Augustus is working with David. I haven’t found any concrete evidence yet, but I do think that he is.

Well, it’s not major or anything. And probably there’s only one person involved.

…But Michael is homosexual and has feelings for Paulo. Sandy is just an excuse to keep the other girls away from him.

He did have a dream about Paulo coming onto him while they were in Acapulco. He was disgusted by it, but if you’re in denial you tend to act that way, no?

Besides, he looks out of place when he’s hanging out with people. I think the only one he hasn’t looked out of place (read: awkward) with is Paulo; and don’t forget, he often tries to prove himself to him. Tree-jumping, running, swimming, most any games. Lucy does the same thing with Michael.

Well, actually, I was just trying to poke fun at conspiracies in general, but I’ve almost started believing this. ^_^
