Bittersweet Candy Bowl

When I was 8, I thought names had to rhyme so I composed my name from my personality. I was a junior version of my father and I liked explosions in games and movies and just like that I had my name.

Huh, I expected a L4D reference, but I guess not.

I did too, I’m not going to lie.

Im the original Boomer, before the gears of war or left 4 dead variety.

I needed a medievil themed name at one point, I can’t even remember why now. Jousting Jester just sounds awesome and produces hilarious mental images.

hmm….My brother actually came up with ‘Pyrotwister’ he thought it up based on his main password, that i won’t tell because he’ll kill me……Anyway! I usually go by ‘Tedsa4’ which was also created by my bro for runescape. He couldn’t think of a name, and all the ones he wanted were already taken, so out of frustration, he slammed his hands on the keyboard, several times, and it came out as tejkdsa45. he got rid of the jk and 5, and left it as tedsa4, because tedsa was taken. He then got grounded from the computer for a month after making the character, so i hijacked his account, and changed the password to whatever was on the desk at the time. Which is how i got my password as well. I’m trying to make my own name (i.e. my older older bro’s is warmwaffles so original) for me, and the best i’ve come u with so far is “DritchJaul” and “Alpion”. I make good fantasy names for some reason…..So yeah, that should satisfy you people for now, imma go to bed i have robotics camp in the morning.

ONE DAY IN A PLACE FAR FAR AWAY:
I made a really terrible comic where this marshmallow goes through life and then gets eaten. This turned into several mediocre cartoonish things and so I started a second DA account, Marshmallow-Madness, with the intent of selling these as prints to the stupid people who would actually wear these designs (me).
I get almost 2 pages a day now.
Then I started doing photo paintings and stuff and then this really terrible BCB fancomic sort of thing. Then I decided to join the forums and “Marshmallow-Madness” became “Mallow.”

There’s a character in Super Mario RPG named Mallow. I kind of hoped it would be that.

There are now three ninja, two jesters and a whole army of cock lobsters.

My friends came up with “Vinsionary” because… well… I was a visionary with the nickname of “Vin”, so they added an “n” to the word. A hopeless dream that just an utopist would have, awkward visions, eye bleed… these characteristics helped to make the name fit. When I decided to use that name, I guessed it would be quite cool to speak using vision-related puns, but now that’s not SO frequent.

Mine comes from a orkization of the word Gnucco, which is North-italian dialect for Slow-witted/Blockhead.
First time i heard it was from my aunt when she was speaking about her students. I liked the sound and used it for warhammer and Rpg.

I had a sticker on my DS, and I thought “Evilbunny? That’s a great name!” It wasn’t exactly like that, but that was pretty much it.

I play a lot of Sonic the Hedgehog and while the credits were goin, I was tryna pronounce the Japanese names cuz I was bored….
The name Naoki came up and I like it.

Naoki was already taken when I was registerin for whatever website, so I put an ‘i’ in front of it cuz I was listenin to my iPod shuffle at the time… That was also taken, so added another ‘i’.
Been usin it for everything ever since.

(Previous names were MrsUzumaki1 cuz I was obsessed with Naruto at that time, and Akita Shibuki, Akita bein a typo of ‘Akira’ and Shibuki bein another name I got from Sonic credits. :3)

Well since you’ve bumped this up Uncle LaComi, i guess i can give my origin. X-Saber and I LOVE the kingdom hearts series. So we got my name (Draixen) from Org XIII. What they do is take their other self’s name, mix the letters around,and add a x in there. My name being Darien, well u can put 2&2 together. X-Saber also made himself one, but he doesn’t use it. It’s something like Amehtxtw or somethig like that. He’s the only one that can spell it lol. So yeah…there you go…

Wellllll…. It all started at around the seventh grade when a guy whose name is David Anderson was my case manager. (I’m in special ed, even though I realy dont need it any more. A case manager is someone who is in charge of what is on my iep.) We were good friends. In the eighth grade He gave me a nick name, Hen Barrison. It was funny and I thought for a while and came up with a counter to his name for me. Avid Danderson was my name for him. His name became the name for most of the things online that I do like youtube. And that takes me to where I am with Hen Barrison abrivated as HB.

Mine came from my shortened version of my name (Charles = Chaz) and my al-time favourite anime show, Fullmetal Alchemist. nothing much beyond that

My name actually is actually preaty old. Back in 6th and 7th grade I used to do a lot of flash animation (nothing every internet worthy). I came up with the name Dancing Sword as a production name and a series name. However, in about 8th grade, my animating died down and so did the name. However, during my freshman year of highschool, I made a sheezyart acount (a big comic group thing was active at the time when I joined). I was trying to come up with a name and I thought back to my animating days. After ditching sheezy about a year and a half ago for Deviantart, I added the hyphen because someone already took the name. Now I pretty much use the name anywhere online.

I also learned when starting Dungeons and Dragons, “Dancing Sword” is a type of weapon and it made me laugh.

actually, “dancing” is a weapon property. not a descriptor. as such, it can be added to virtually anything (ranging from weapons, to shields, to mundane items).

You’re right. It’s just that the first time I’ve seen it used was applied to a sword and the word “sword” seems to roll off the tongue the best.

@ILB They became bored with the forums, but they are replenished with a new batch of kids every so often. We stick around because the group in the Random chat is arguable like a family now.

For real, we have become amazingly a tight knit group.
