So we have a web-comic about teenage romance... a silly thing for teenage girls right? Given I’m a dude in his 20’s this is clearly not the case! So I’m curious on the make up of this comics readership.

That said I consider this comic to be something a a guilty pleasure, my friends can never know I read serious webcomics. Ever.

i read some random web comics but this took my atention,its realy comical sometimes.
And sometimes help me to improve my english a bit.

19 and male. Found a link from another comic, the name of which slips my mind at the moment, and I’m… sort of a sucker for a good drama.

lack of females probably involves medium, not content. Perhaps its just the fact that more guys seem to read webcomics then girls.

There’s a joke amongst my friends and I. There is a girl on the internet. She spends most of her time cowering in the corner, afraid to be noticed by the hordes of lonely single guys.
There’s also a saying:
“The internet: where men are boys, women are men, and 14-year-old girls are FBI agents.”

I’ve met a grandmother on the Internet. That was… strange, and incredibly fun. And yes, I know for certain that she was a grandmother, and not an FBI agent. ^_^

Yeah polls can be unreliable things. But I think we have a good idea of the general age of the posters here at least:late teens, early 20’s. I guess the girl posters are simply more interested in the individual comic posting threads, rather then the Misc stuff going on here in the forum? There’s countless possible explanations for it, but it’s a fair guess that the comics readership isn’t 99% male.

At least I don’t need to feel silly for being a guy reading a comic about romance hahaha.
