I don’t know how it’s like where Ved lives, but most schools here for example have taken a very retarded stance on sex ed. You teach ‘em when they are 10 and not likely to do anything, then never bring it up again. Also because the Catholic Church runs the schools here, it’s abstinence only programmes.

I was forced to take sex ed like 3 times :C once when I was in 5th grade, then once at freshman, then once more at the very last quarter of senior. at least the teacher was cool tho :3

Sex ed is held in 8th-9th grade (as far as I know) and there are optional classes after.
Teachers and counselors will give any advice they can if teens would just ask them.

In my school you just have to take a single semester Health class before your junior year. We didn’t cover much sex though. Mainly drugs, peer pressure, and teen suicide.

I don’t know what fun you find in abstinence mate. As for drugs, well, peer pressure wasn’t the reason I did ‘em I’ll tell you that. On that subject we had a laugh when someone was made a joke about roofies, until he got detention for it. Also when someone asked what a “golden shower” was and the teacher flipped!
