How else’d he get into a locked boiler room?!

Paul Stark June 1, 2010, 10:58 PM EST.

Comment ID #34270

…True

Alexander Pjotr Makretz June 1, 2010, 11:00 PM EST.

Comment ID #34272

We’ll see, it’s a locker, not a full room. Like the kind you see in highschool, about big enough to fit a person in. We’ve got about 3 pistoles and a handful of clips, I don’t keep it filled to the brim, seeing how we don’t normally need weapons.

Roger Rahab June 1, 2010, 11:00 PM EST.

Comment ID #34273

…He’d hack the lock off. Why’d you think I’d suggest throwing mine overboard instead of putting it in there?

Paul Stark June 1, 2010, 11:02 PM EST.

Comment ID #34274

I see no reason to wait, we should arm ourselves and get rid of the extras so that the killer has nothing to use. Unless he’s one of us, in which case we’re in more trouble since we’re giving them a gun.

Alexander Pjotr Makretz June 1, 2010, 11:03 PM EST.

Comment ID #34275

Well, I’ll have a gun whether you arm me or not, just a different one.

Plus, didn’t most guests already arm themselves with knives?

Paul Stark June 1, 2010, 11:04 PM EST.

(We’re making way too big a deal out of this.

Remember how the first MM only lasted two days in-game? I was… kinda hoping that didn’t happen here.)

Well then captain lead us there, this debate will get us nowhere.

Whoever is coming to get a gun, come now. We only have three however. We’ going to the bottom of the ship, so be on your toes. Whoever doesn’t go, stick with at least two other people. If you go in pairs, the person you’re with may be the killer. *Pulls his pistol out* Let’s go!

(Gah, I thought now would be a good time to retire for the night… Let us imagine that this event comes straight after you have looked at the gun cupboard (which, of course, is free to your whims ^_^). The night is approaching… Keep playing, though, but don’t wander off after having checked your colts. Rather, stay in the common room and… well, relate, revelate, epiphanate, relate, or so, until the morning. We will have a fresh murder, and some major clues being tossed into the mix.

Sorry for being absent, by the way, I was busy writing the chronicles.)

/Calling everyone back to the common room, with the two deceased carefully put into one corner, Sandrine tells everybody to go pick up their luggage in groups of three. They will sleep in the common room tonight… seeking protection through numbers. When everyone has arrived with their belongings, Sandrine ushers them into different patches of the floor, telling them to get some sleep after the difficult day they have had…
She leans down over her sister, who is still peacefully asleep, and whispers: “You are lushy… the ladykiller did not get you. Be careful, my dear…”
Flashing a faint smile towards the painter in his undoubtedly uncomfortable position (legs on the table, head on the ground and back suspended in the air) she retreats to her own quilt and pillow./

(OOC: Hmmm the ladykiller? it’s true that the three victims have been women, Imma write this down as important)

Alexander Pjotr Makretz June 1, 2010, 11:39 PM EST.

(I noticed there were only female victims!)

Paul Stark June 1, 2010, 11:39 PM EST.

(all the male characters have “actors”, so I didn’t see the connection, I just say the playerless characters being removed)

(This happened in the last one too, why do we like killing the ladies off first? And yes I know Carter died first but his was an accident.)

Lady Diane June 1, 2010, 11:49 PM EST.

Comment ID #34325

(no it wasnt an accident)

Zacharias Thompson June 1, 2010, 11:49 PM EST.

Comment ID #34330

(Carter’s was, he died when the arrow went through Tess)

Lady Diane June 1, 2010, 11:51 PM EST.

Comment ID #34331

(Because there are few actresses, a lot of female characters are NPC’s.)

(At least there’s no piano wire to cut ppl like blocks of cheese!)

(And actually, the Ambassadors were the first to die, just not the first to be noticed. I think.)

Paul Stark June 1, 2010, 11:52 PM EST.

Comment ID #34332

(Yes, it was, they intended to hurt tess to make her less obvious, carter happened to be behind her. We kill off ladies first because there are so few on the forums, thus they don’t end up with players.
Look again Paul in Zachs description there is a grand piano on board)

(I think we’re going to get the guns and then what Sandrine said above happens)

Alexander Pjotr Makretz June 1, 2010, 11:58 PM EST.

Right then right then. Amanda at one point or another is sent to her room with two others to fetch her things. Taking the opportunity to change into a nightgown while she’s there…finally switching her little bow to face forward. As changing in the common room doesn’t sound very appealing! Returning in due course with her usual slightly inquisitive yet blank expression, having much to think about no doubt~

Once everyone is given a spot in the common room though.. the orange tabby, while clearly exhausted… most certainly can’t get to sleep, sitting cross legged, rubbing her forehead every few moments…..likely with a cup of tea not far off, if someone would be kind enough to fetch her one ;p

(Yeah I take notes. Nothing amazing yet though. Need more clues!)
