if it makes you feel any better im kinda fucked up medicly too, i cant really gain muscles mass (or fat lucky mei guess) because of an iron deficieny i suffered as a child, though my parents just though i was lazy for my childhood and bitched at me like hell for tired and not strong enough to delever papers and do household chore, im a ittle better these days though id i dont work out everyday and muscles i gain will just end up makeing me go skinny to a point (150 pounds) healthy but never gonna be buff, only mildly toned

bah oh and if i dont eat like every two or three hours while awake proportionate to activites (could be more or less) i get severe headaches and irratablitiy and act i guess you could say kinda feral, moving all jerky and reacting to sudden sounds like a pissed off animal really hsould get it checked out one day

In early youth i think it could cause such problems, combined with a high metabolism and things could get shitty when i comes to muscles development,

@ Triplesmex: I get anemic a lot, so I tend to sleep for fourteen hours a day if I don’t get caffeine. So I guess I’m saying I get the whole iron-problem thing. And I can hug guys on the internet but I can hug very few people IRL. Someone tried to surprise hug me once and I judo-threw him into a wall on a reflex. I don’t even know judo.
