You mean Snatch, and that is used before the attack - though it really wouldn’t help, since it only steals healing effects and such. Possibly Mirror Move, but that doesn’t steal - only borrow.

Skype is telephonic conversation over the Internet, possibly with camera. So essentially, it is a multimedia conversation tool.
