Favourite TV series

I know I’m making another completely unrelated thread, but I want to know what to fill the big void with when Lost is finished. So any thoughts?

A few good shows I watch are House, the Office, and Psych.

My favorite series is Supernatural, followed closely by Psych.

Supernatural is loved by all of my family and friends, so we all bond through the adventures of Sam and Dean. Oh how we’ll weep when it is over.

Adventure Time! Or at least, that would probably be my favorite if I freaking had Cartoon Network back.

I just ment to start talking about LOST, that’s a REALLY goo dshow,
well like some already mentioned House, or Psych, maybe Monk too or numbers.

Also, I heard there’s a LOST book, so that might do too XD(I’m not really up to date with Lost since I live in germany/Europe)

Alright! So House, Supernatural, Psych, Monk and Numbers. I don’t like the Office (the UK original or the US re-make)

I have to wait a bit for the next season of Chuck.

Chavez and Chapolin… Kou, I think I watched those when I was a kid. I think Chapolin is called Chapulín Colorado in Spanish. Chavez I’m trying to remember.

Veronica loves that show. Seems weird to me. Then again, I don’t speak Spanish.

TV shows we watch are varied I guess. I like Rachel Maddow, Bill Maher (best show of the week when it’s on) and sometimes the Daily Show (the writing varies, but at the moment it’s pretty good.

As for prime time network TV stuff, we both got into The (American) Office, Lie to Me, and recently House. I don’t watch as much British TV as I used to, but I was always drawn to shows like Cracker (fucking phenomenal watch it) and other gruesome crime dramas like Wire in the Blood.

Oh, and for cartoons, a bunch of Adult Swim staples. You know, ATHF, King of the Hill, etc.

EL CHAVO DEL OCHO GET IT RIGHT

Cracker is pretty badass yeah you guys should watch it. Wasn’t that the series that started the overly flawed detective trend? Because seriously the main guy is so broken

Scrubs, it is, or was a great show. I also like House, Psych, Family Guy, a few others.
Also I’ll occasionally get nostalgic for some of the old 90s cartoons that I used to enjoy (rocko’s modern life, dexter’s lab, invader zim, angry beavers, so on)

Sorry my bad,its because here its caled Chaves and is dubbed,the original voices is only in DVD.

Other show i liked was Harpers Island(Interesting but the killer was a bit predictible).

Kou April 13, 2010, 3:48 PM EST.

I’m just being silly, I’m not actually mad!

Harper’s Island is the show with a huge wedding group stuck on an island getting killed off each episode right? I got into that like two episodes before it ended so I was majorly spoiled and know the killer. I wanna watch the whole thing regardless one day, I remember I used to avoid it on purpose becauase it freaked me out some of the methods of death.

I rarely watch TV, but I really like Psych, Scrubs and Numbers, and maybe the Mentalist(might get a bit repetitive, though)

The Simpsons, Futurama, Family guy, King of the hill and south park are also quite neat =o

When I was on vacation in Sweden and visiting some of my parents friends at night i sometimes watched 24 Hours,and the timing in the comercial to back to the show is perfect was a good time killer.
Diferent here in Brazil with open chanels,it starts like 01:00AM and they say the timing and the dub is realy bad and they do some cuts.Why the cuts when it shows late nigth?
Sometimes i miss some The Simpsons shows.

EL CHAVO DEL OCHO! Con razón que no me arcordaba! Me recontra encantaba. Ese y el Chapulín Colorado eran los programas que veía cuando híba a lo de la nona… :D Nunca ví la serie animada del chavo.

Ok, switching back to English now

@Taeshi

Harper’s Island bored me to death after about a half hour, even with all the death and gore. The last good comedy I saw in Spanish was Los Peques. It’s a bit infantile at bits and full of Argie humor. But you said you liked Mafalda, so if you haven’t seen ‘em already, I’m sure you’ll love ‘em. :D

@Bribri

Doctor Who was brilliant until Tennant. (I’ve never really liked his acting except as Barty Jr. His performance as Hamlet was atrocious!) How’s the new doctor by the way?

@Sind

I watch the Simpsons/Futurama/Family Guy anyway. I don’t find South Park funny anymore. Are there any other good animated comedies apart from those?

All of you need to do yourselves a huge favor and watch Venture Bros…..if you don’t already.
