(The “strong hand” might also imply things… but not for certain. ^_^
No, Alexander, I didn’t say that. The murder happened afterwards; but the ones directly adjacent (in the narrative) are… unlikely killers.)

Oh, dear! What is going on? …Two more deaths? Rashelle and Yashy? Oh no… Oh no, oh no… Who could have done this? And I thought we were safe…

” my dear things are heating up on this boat at a rapid pace, where is Paul at i wonder, i strong lady killer liek him with a taste for the finer things such as him it seems out of place for him to not be protecting the women in his own special way”
Comment ID #35503
Do you really think using the tern Lady Killer is such a good idea in this context Davido?
Comment ID #35504
(Walks out of Common room) There have been two more murders?! (Grips knife) More woman too? Oh dear this is not looking to well for me.

(Nugh… seems I’m not going anywhere after all)
The orange tabby returns from her little keep-busy task of cleaning the kitchen as her ears pick up the news of Yashy’s death, rubbing her nose and sniffling a bit as she makes her way to one of the common room couches this entire affair filling her with more dread as time passes.
As she takes her seat she curls up some, feet on the couches edges, arms around them as those golden eyes just peer around the room…. trying to remember…. who found who? Who was present when the bodies were found…? Or rather who wasn’t…
She eyes Zacharias, Abraham, and finally Paul. The countess shifts in her seat some as she looks at the woman remaining as well…. another strong sniff as she realizes how little are left.
(Yeah those three never showed up in any of the murder narratives. If that means anything. Neither has Amanda or Diane now that I think about it….but would they have the strength for such a thing?)
Comment ID #35523
I’d rather it be kept secret for now.
Theres enough stress around here, and we should try and stop it from getting worse.
We need to go I know I begin to fear for the Captains safety.

Comment ID #35529
*Sigh* Fine.
During my aid in helping Paul look for his shotgun we had found a sealed closet, with both the lock smashed off and the handle bloodied.
Captain Rehab has been trying to prise it open with a crowbar but I had left him for some time to look for you.
Comment ID #35531
(There have been plenty of OOC suspecting him, but as the man who likes to be blunt I take it as my responsability to take a stab at it (no pun intended))
I accuse Paul of committing these murders! he is known to have a history with all the women on this ship, and he never seems to be around when the murders occur. MyOn the first night he took a considerable amount of my tiramisu back to his room, he was the only person I saw leave with any, and it was used extensively in the murder of Theresa, and crumbs were found at the first murder site. As the captain said he had plenty of opportunity to set up a trap to kill him. The captain being the greatest protector of the women and the only one with military training, who woknew the layout of the ship the best and who would never be found without agun.

It’s time for the silent gaze of Miss Stilte to voice it’s opinion. Still huddled in her little ball the orange tabby just stares at the floor. The sight of the other murdered victims flowing through her mind.
All woman… all woman who went or acted beyond their station, or encouraged radical ideas about how the world should be run.
Then came the clues… so many clues. She rubbed her head lightly as another sniff escaped her, paw sliding across her eyes. She stood finally a determined look on her face as she walked over to the clues found at every scene…. a paw going over the tools and note that suggest August… the crumbs that suggest Alex. The thought of the bloodied message…that the murderer was out to kill all the woman having her glance towards Paul…but shake her head dismissively at the thought.
The countess slowly started to walk back to her seat, arms crossed, brow furrowed, the murders random ‘clues’ only leaving her confused…..each so obvious to who they pointed at…..but each pointing at someone else! She knocked them all off the table with grinding teeth, a few tears escaping her eyes, showing exactly what she thought of them!
Distractions…that’s all they were. To make lesser men seem guilty…or men who acted as such.
Her tail gave a wave behind her as the thoughts kept coming…only for them to be interrupted by Alex’s proclamation…listening quietly to the entire speech…until one orange paw was laid on Makretzys shoulder, the Cook turning to find a very serious faced Amanda shaking her head in full disagreement.
She points to where Abraham Hamilton now stands…..or starts to drag Alexander towards the British noble if he’s already left.
(Note Amanda has said nothing here. These thoughts are somewhat implied haha… all actions which I hope those around understand)
Comment ID #35542
But Alexander! That is most unshorteous. He was in this very room with me and Susanne while the murder of Rashelle was commited. I cannot believe he did this…
*pokes head out to the corridor*
EVERYBODY WILL COME TO THE COMMON ROOM FOR AN EMERGENCY MEETING! EVERYBODY, NO ESHEPTIONS.
(You all heard me. You will all gather. ^_^
And Amanda, no. ^_^ We will have a slight pause from guessing until everyone has arrived. (In-game, that is.))

Comment ID #35549
M-m-my husband?! You suspect my husband?! But why would he kill… (Hurries to commons room shaking her head.)
Comment ID #35551
(No as in I’m wrong? Or no that I should save it for the guessing? Sorry I started typing that before Alex made his own guess-post. Abraham Hamilton is my guess though. Every clue points to a different person. Which suggests we can’t TRUST what appear to be obvious clues which includes the murders note of blood from earlier. The clues tell us who DIDN’T do it. At least that’s my theory. He was likely hoping to frame Paul in the end)
Comment ID #35553
M-may I make a accusation? (After we confirm or not Amanda’s of course)

[THE SIXTH MURDER]
/Suddenly, the lights went out in the common room. Panic struck them all, and loud screams ensued… but one, blood-curdling scream cut through the others. It was punctuated by dull thuds and gurgling… who had been attacked?
All of a sudden, the power went back on. Lifting themselves off the floor and debris, the nobles saw a horrible sight: Sir Plato l’Aristotle, the Greek actor, stuck to the wall by means of several large kitchen knives, cleavers, and long forks. Blood spouts the woodwork behind him and flows down to the floor… he had, if nothing else, died instantly. His expression proves that…
The guests stand paralysed, unable to move from the spot, mesmerised by the sight before them. Eventually, gasps and thuds are heard as those present regain their ability to move, or in some cases, lose it./
(The “no” meant “wait a bit”. ^_^
Start making your guesses… but keep the many posts and conversations I have struck up in mind. Also, ponder this thought… where was the evidence discovered? What was found on the murder scenes, and what wasn’t?)
Comment ID #35567
(Also, if you want motives and/or help with some clues, look at Amanda’s posts in this thread. Watched whodunit shows much, Bribri? ^_^)

(I swear if this entire thing is based completely on who was present when the murder posts were made I’ll tear my hair out hahahaha. But yeah))
Amanda gives Diane a sorry look but can’t help but shoot Hamilton a glare either, though she’s no so brave that she can rush over to the man, still half hiding behind Alexander and Paul if present.
But then….she sees Plato and can do nothing but freeze at the sight… frightfully looking around… knowing any one of them can be next….she stares straight at Abraham still as if he’s some sort of wild animal…
(Yeah my guess stays the same. )

No, everything is not based on who were and weren’t there… But it is a good help. I carefully timed all the murders.
And no, it is not Lord Abraham Hamilton, either.)
Head back to the forum index.

*Sigh* I don’t have time to listen to you complain again.
You may have threw it away but that doesn’t meen the murderer still can’t try and hurt us you fool.
I’m going to find my wife and see is she’s fine, then I’m going to meet back up with the Captain.
Seems these are the only two people with the sense to actually try and actually survive this whole thing.
