/”Mishelle, my dear?” The voice cuts through the painter like a warm knife through butter. “What is it, Sandrine?” he asks, turning around. The hostess jumps straight at him, giving him a full kiss on the mouth. “Let us float away together… You know the pirate ship and entertainment you asked me about? It is our wedding ship.” She trills loudly, and pulls the disshevelled Frenchman with her to the starboard side of the deck. There, they descend a wooden stepladder onto a rowing boat… The monseigneur starts rowing out towards the horizon and the dot where they will be wed, immensely happy that in the end, he got his girl…
Alexander, denying all offers to help carrying Susanne, lifts her up easily and carries her through the door. Out on the deck, he jumps into the swimming pool and towards one of the many floating recliners. The cook carefully places his darling in the seat, and asks her with a trembling voice: “Will you marry me?” After a short wait, he hears a slight, happy whisper… “yes…”
Paul, devastated by the losses he had suffered, walks over to the bodies of the women he had loved… and the woman he loved… With eyes full of tears, he bids them all farewell. It is time for him to return to his villa…
Diane and Abraham, walking off the boat slowly, look at each other with faint smiles. But Abraham must wonder… is there something different about her? Her eyes are far more ferocious than they were…
Roger, the captain, sits back in his chair. “No rush to clean up just yet,” he says to himself. “First, let’s get the police to take care of these bodies. Now I must find that Moby-Dick…” He lights his pipe and starts muttering angrily…
Amanda, still without speaking, looks over at Zacharias. She smiles and blushes slightly… but no. They would never fit together; he would want someone who can sing. And she doesn’t want someone who would not care for her… Picking up her book, she leaves the room and goes onward to continue her own life. The musician, on the other hand, sits down by the piano and starts playing a mournful tune. “This is no time to play Haydn,” he thinks to himself, “we need Beethoven.”
Davido Bavieca is exposed as a fraud as soon as the cops arrive. He jumps into the sea and swims off, to start his life anew in Acapulco. He fails, but his fortune was given to Theresa’s charities.
And August, the culprit, is sentenced to be burnt at the stake while wearing a white wig. The judge moves to South Africa in hopes of seeing more death sentences./

Yeah It was alright. I got my practice in… ehn I’ll admit I was a bit disappointed with the ending. None of us could guess right at all! The host had to tell us for us to figure it out… I’m not sure if the clues were simply too vague…. or if we were simply being too slow heh… more likely the latter. I’m a failure! ;______;!

Not sure if I’ll have the time to take part in the next one though….these things are very time consuming.

Nonono, *Ninja. A butler can only appear in a mansion or manor, under constant servitude to one master or mistress. August was brought in specially for the occasion, and it was on a boat - furthermore, he had several other tasks. ^_^

@Bribri: I admit my hints have been a bit on the vague side, but I was afraid that you’d get it too early. You were the best guesser, though, correctly discerning the note in a matter of seconds and finding clues/motives that I had hoped would only be visible later. ^_^ A great big cookie for you.

No, wait, a cake - Amanda’s adventures were incredibly fun to read. Yashy and Zacharias only barely managed to top it with their mention of a “little green screaming thing”. ^_^
