Well, the very first chapter of my comic is done.

I was wondering what the Art category icon looked like!
I think it has potential. But using BCB as an example, Artwork is one thing; storytelling/writing is another thing altogether!

Anyhow, thanks for the comment guys.
To be honest, this first chapter was all improvised, no point in it except to introduce characters.
Think of this the same way as Taeshi would, my comic is for practice.
The next few chapters will have plots to them, don’t you worry.

Wow,… everyone seems to start their own BCB fancomic now- I mean..I couldn’t do that since I’d be always thinking, is it ok to use her characters like that? or to use her “univers” like this…

Well it can be non-canon.
I’m making it canon cause it also goes with Blaze’s story.
Toasty is making it non-canon cause he wants to get Lucy. (at with Carter will show up ;P)

Yes non-canon for me. It’s an impossible peace time in my story, cause that’s never possible in the real comic.

Some sort of alternate reality or something. Yeah let’s go with that.
It all makes sense in that way.

Besides my story wouldn’t effect the real comic much anyway, we all know Liam will never get with Lucy. It’s just fun to see him suffer.

@Taeshi, I meant that artwork alone does not a good comic make; being able to tell a good story with believable characters AND have good artwork is what makes BCB so great, and that’s not easy to do.

No prob.
It’ll be a comic after this next one, but I can make room unless this would happen later.
If that’s the case I can easily recreate the scene with Suri going to school.
(it takes place the third day of school, so after this chapter Alex and Luna will show up)

@Ved: I must admit that the quality of your comics is impressive, both in the sheer skill with witch it was drawn and for the astoundingly complex (just like high school) yet easily understandable story it conveys. Keep up the good work!!!

just read the first few pages… it’s good. I like the comic so far (and I love the small BCB shout out in page 2) but Ved looks to much like Espio for my liking, other than that, not to bad.

Yeah, Ved was not supposed to be a serious character.
Then again, he was the first to get the style change, but I never could make him different without bringing back his original look.
So his job is more of a plot device.
