What music do you listen to?

I listen to a wide range, I do believe. Some people listen to my iPod and wonder if I have multiple personality disorder. Although, I do really love a capella music… I had Taeshii and Suitcase listen to tons of it when they were riding with me that one time…

Also, I believe Lady Gaga to be a goddess.

Gabriel Kaxbe April 11, 2010, 9:26 AM EST.

Comment ID #3556

I wouldn’t say she’s a goddess, but she does have some god music c:

I don’t really have a favourite genre, I listen to most everything, but Heavy Metal

Lisa April 11, 2010, 9:31 AM EST.

Comment ID #3558

@Lisa: Of course. That’s what I meant. She has godly music.

Haha! I love Heavy Metal. I believe that it can be hilarious. It’s as if not even Metal takes itself seriously at times. Cases in point: Tenacious D and the show Metalocalypse.

ick. Pop music. DX

Not that I don’t mind, but after my mom decide to use it to wake me up every freaking morning, I no longer care for it.

Me, I like everything except most rap, country, and pop. I do lean towards metal, though, but not the crazy varieties. |D

Classical is pretty good. Techno is…odd, but good on occasion. Drum & Bass is freaking awesome, though.

Cyo April 11, 2010, 9:38 AM EST.

Comment ID #3562

@Cyo: I love Techno. I love dancing to techno music.

Gabriel Kaxbe April 11, 2010, 9:41 AM EST.

Comment ID #3563

I’d say Pop is the one genre I like the most.

Ok I’ve to agree that some metal can be fun at times, but like no extreme stuff xD

@Cyo have to agree on the Techno thing
@Kaxbe: TEAM GAGA!

Lisa April 11, 2010, 9:42 AM EST.

@ Gabriel Kaxbe

It is good. ^^

Metalocalypse, oh gawd, I need to watch that again.

@ Everyone else

And by crazy I mean Death Metal. Sorry, but I need something to really get my blood pumping and heavy metal is perfect for that. Then again, genre’s and metal/rocknroll just don’t get along very well. And by that I mean people argue like crazy as to what each song is. |D

Cyo April 11, 2010, 9:46 AM EST.

Comment ID #3567

@Lisa: You know what’s the most hilarious variety of metal? Deathcore. It sounds so ridiculous! I mean, can you even understand what they’re saying here? LOL

Gabriel Kaxbe April 11, 2010, 9:46 AM EST.

Comment ID #3571

@Kaxbe: IKNORITE!! like sometimes the only thing you understand is some roaring “AAAHHH!” while they’re actually snging alot of lyrics xD

Lisa April 11, 2010, 9:49 AM EST.

Comment ID #3577

@Lisa: Little known fact: When deathcore singers get a cold they sound like this.

Classic British Rock all the way baby! XD As well as Psychedelic in general.
Also; never forgetting my heritage, Latin in general (Cumbria, Salsa, Merengue, the odd Tango, Regaton, Reggae, Rap Latino…)
Jazz: Latin Jazz (obviously), Urban, Lounge, Smooth, Quintessence, Big Swing.
Classical; especially Early Baroque. (I got introduced to Handel in 3rd year Music)
The only Techno I like is Acid House and Crazy Frog XD.
Old school-Pop & Hip-hop.
Basically anything before the naughties. (Although I do like Florence and the Machine, as well as Duffy. The Welsh were good last decade)

I listen to alot of music, but I mainly listen to J-pop and vocaloids now days. I got tired of those radio-station musics because most of them sound so much alike each other. :/

fourward April 11, 2010, 1:46 PM EST.

I like more classic musics(i feel like old…) and some JAM project musics(its a japanese band they do some musics to anime and super robot wars/taisen games)

I listen to wide ranges of music - practically the only styles I don’t abide with are trance and the heaviest forms of death metal. That said, I have a few favourite bands; for instance, I like Queen, Led Zeppelin and Extreme. Not because they’re rock, though, I like them because they play so well in so many different genres.

Oh, and they look funny, too.

I listen to classical, mainly romanctic era (Chopin and Tchaikowsky were GODS). I sometimes listen to metal and hard rock. I can stand just about anything besides country and pop.

Sad music!

Kinda. I listen to a wide variety of music, but I prefer a mellow song with a some sort of story or deep meaning to it. Something I can close my eyes to and easily imagine the events transpiring. Ones that are somewhat sad are much easier to imagine for me and more emotional IMO. For instance: Devotchka’s This Place Is Haunted causes me to just lean back in my chair and relax completely while I play out the story in my head. Sooooooooothing.

My favorite bands would be: Band of Horses, Grandaddy, Devotchka, but then there’s always Boston, Styx, Colin Hay, Coldplay, all good stuff.

Yeah. Totally ruined that for you, didn’t I? Statistically speaking, the chances of all the people in the roleplay being men are very high.

Gabriel Kaxbe May 5, 2010, 1:25 PM EST.

Comment ID #16025

Yeah you have a good point… Damn it Kaxbe.

Pronkat May 5, 2010, 1:28 PM EST.

Comment ID #16029

I mean, think about it. The chances of Jessica being a man are high also. Besides, girls are statistically shown to be less likely to take part in sexual entertainment actions than men are. So chances of all of those posters being men go up even more. Except for Samantha.

Hehe, totally caught. ^_^ And yep… seeing the polls it’s quite probable that all the characters in the role-play topic are teenager males to Taeshi’s relief.

And just cause I love to be always a bit on-topic: there you go.
