Bittersweet Candy Bowl

So after mulling around the idea of making a few BBC fan comics, I drew up some characters last night and a comic or two. I posted them on my Dev Art (which hasn’t been used in a loooong time), and here are the links I guess:

I like how they came out, proud of how they look seeing as I’ve only drawn anthro art like twice, and those sucked majorly. Thanks for reading I guess? Feel free to watch on Dev if you want, now that I actually have a reason for putting stuff up there.

A character that plays the guitar? And he knows more about people than most stalkers do, even. ^_^

I’m intrigued. Though I can guess how Lucy will react…

Yeah I decided that there needed to be more instruments in this comic, so I made Matt a musician. This leads to one of the methods on the list which I can’t wait to draw.

Thanks! Believe me, when I look back at some of the old comics I used to draw only a year ago I see major improvement. I love seeing how it changes over time.

That’s what Liam likes about her the most

It might not all end in tears though, Liam isn’t easily discouraged or depressed, so even when shot down he perks up. On the character page I just added that emotion to see what it’d look like.

So I made some New Lovey Dovey Crap if anyone’s interested.

Got home today and finished up the comic I started yesterday, Page 4

I can’t stop noticing the change from panel 1 to 2. It irritates me, but I can deal with it. Stopping the comic 1/5th done does that I guess.

I wanna draw more SuexAmaya or other odd couples now >_>

Yeah I know right? Expect better cleavage in the future once I improve at it. I never excelled at drawing females to be honest, but with practice makes perfect, and I have a lot of free time to spend practicing.

I just don’t know what my parents will say when they walk in and see me drawing hundreds of women’s chests.

Also: uploaded Page Five last night but didn’t post it on here. I felt like a douche for having to post two right in front of each other. >_>

Ignore the fact that the bandaid went missing between the first and last panel. The power of brotherhood healed Liam.

Gaaaaaah finally finished Page Six

Took me the longest to draw out of all the pages so far, mainly due to those damn hearts, but also due to the fact I had to erase a bunch of the mistakes I made on drawing Daisy and her CURLINESS.

Oh and hey: I probably won’t have any homework at all this week, so it’ll probably keep a schedule of one or two per day depending on my mood!

Oh my, Liam is close to replace McCain as my favorite BCB fan-character, and that’s quite a feat I say =o

Anyways drew up the Seventh Page this morning and uploaded it a few minutes ago. Drawing these in the morning really lift up my day early. Really fun stuff.

*ahem* This series appears to be progressing quite nicely, I like the character of Liam, but we need more Matt, NAOW! Also, you portray Lucy’s character quite nicely, the other characters, as with Matt, I have not seen enough of to say anything.

Well the series is coming to an end in 5-6 comics, and most of that is just talk between Lucy and Liam, so like no Matt till the Epilogue. Same with the others, I have a plan for everyone in the epilogue. Oh I’ve got a plan.

I’ll have other little comics about Matt and Liam though after this series ends. There were a bunch of romantic endeavors I wanted them to do, but I didn’t want the fan comic to go on for such a long time. I wanted it to have a solid ending and not go on forever. Then there’s always some of the other things they do that are comic worthy.

He enters the exhibit and pulls out a print-out of Toasty’s comics. The figure is none other than the Ninja, who soon sneaks into the back office and turns on the computer to post once more on BCB.*

Aww you flatter me with such a compliment! Seriously, if you people are not careful I’ll start blushing for the first time in years and people will wonder what’s wrong with me.

In fan art related news, Page 12 went up last night, but I didn’t post it cause I was so tired. Also, now I want someone to draw a Lucy Butterfly terrorizing a city. If no one else will do it I’ll have to at some point, cause this is real, it’s gonna happen.
