Aurelius glances down the words reading them aloud”… It has been… recommended… that the AI system of Wayward station be ‘Reset’ or uninstalled due to the events of Star Date 3827 April 11th as they may have left an emotional…”

Jimmy standing beside him blinks rather confused and shocked “Reset……uninstal? That’d… b-basically be killing her! We could never do that….” The dog boy pondering the date for a few moments “What the heck happened 16 years ago that’s so…”

But just as the two talked within the power core Abel was nothing but smiles unaware of their conversation. Hunched down as he connected wire after wire chanting “Yes.. yes… yes… this should do it.. come on Molly you can…” The Power core behind him suddenly flashes a violent green and bit by bit Molly’s form comes back together. “… What.. what is the nature of your me…” she stops mid sentence rubbing the back of her head “… The hell am I saying?….and what the heck is wrong with my systems.. nothing is working at….”

But just as Abel is cheering for joy outside the power core Aurelius and Jimmy are in for a nasty surprise. The console the two are standing in front of suddenly exploding violently in a major power surge sending the two engineers flying back into the wall burnt and in pain….but alive…Aurelius being the first to get to his feet due to his Artificial construction…which was now a bit more obvious due to exposed wires lining his chest and arm.

Molly on the other hand is just in a panic seeming to hear the events from where she stands “… wha.. wha Jimmy and Aurelius are hurt! Bro what’s going on?!”

(Also Sula you got a surprise Glomp. Deal with it! Haha. No more reactions folk you’re free to react as you will.. though Jimmy likely needs to be dragged to Sickbay.. and Aurelius is going to need some repairs. Sadly the Doctor escaped my death trap… this time~)

Molly of course tries to go to Jimmy’s side as well but finds her form constantly flickering and distorting “……communications… Communications… communications” Her voice repeating a few times before she finally spits it out “Communications are down. Control of Secondary systems are manual only. Control of primary systems are manual only….life support…. at 80%…. and….and a lot of people are hurt and it’s all my fault what’s wrong with me!” The Hologram looking quite upset as she pulls at her face leaving the computer like monotone to sniffle.

Her form shakes and distorts again as she looks at the burnt dog who’s groaning quite a bit… most of the burning on his arms flinching as he tries to move. “You’re… going to have to get him up there on your… Your…. your… own Bro..I’ll just… see if I can get to Sickbay…”

Molly glancing away before vanishing appearing in the middle of the small crowd chatting with the captain. Doctor Lock naturally glaring at the holograms presence.

“… Jimmy’s hurt! Real bad down in engineering! Major Second degree burns all over his arms.. Needs help right away and… Ah! Gramps is hurt too?! When’d that happen?!” She notices the white old man with the bandage across his head “Oh no this is terrible…why aren’t any of my systems working right?! This is all my fff-f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f-fault” The cat girl now digging her fingers deeply in her digital hair.

*He sets down his tools and runs to the exit, slowly pulling the heavy doors open, he freezes as he sees the injured engineers* Shit…how did this happen? *He grabs a emergency kit off the wall and pads down some of the burned areas with bandages*

“Agh..”
*he grunts as he slowly gets up to his feet*

*looks down at himself*

*see’s jimmy*

*He glances at Aurelius, before returning all his attention to Jimmy* Should I move him? These burns are bad, I don’t want to risk hurting him more. Molly, did you get through to Sick Bay!? I need to know if anyone is coming down to help!

By the time i realised this wasn’t an accident…the console blew up,nearly killing jimmy..is the person watching us RIGHT now?

*his train of thought derails because of being damaged*

*Not wanting to see someone else die, May releases Sula and rushes to get down to the first floor. Knowing at least some first-aid from travelling with Davier.* (She needed to use it often on him)

Woah, Molly, calm down. It’s cool; we’ve got all this under control. I mean, things are obviously looking up if you’re online now. None of this is your fault, Molly. It’s gonna be okay!

Molly shakes her head watching May take off talking back to Abel from where she stands “.ye..ye..yeeeeeeee.. yes someones on their way… the creepy orange Psionic girl and Doctor Lock…” (What you missed the ‘makes you know what you want by stareing part? heh )

The kind doctor of course pointing to the Captain and Sula “Stay here.. and making that -thing- doesn’t do anything to my equipment….” taking off after May to help poor Jimmy out, Molly flinching at the ‘thing’ comment. “… I guess I deser… deser… deser… deserve that right now. I’ll.. be okay Miss Toss… My… my.. my programs should still run normally regardless of my emotional state…..too bad almost all of them are freaking broken!” Not surprisingly the hologram looks very guilty right about now

Molly! Stop this language this instant!! You were down when this happened, whatever did this to us aimed at you as well, thus you were a target. Targets usually aren’t perpetrators, and if they are, they never openly confess it. I’m fine, and just glad to see you are as well!

Just hang on Jimmy, help is coming. *He looks up from Jimmy to the destroyed console, still smoking from the explosion* How did that console explode? I had most of the power diverted to Molly’s hard drive and servers, that console never should have had enough power to do that.

Don’t beat yourself up about it. What’s happened has happened. Sure, things look grim; but accidents will always happen. I mean, it’s not like there’s someone attacking the station, or some crazy killer’s on board…

*May arrives at the engine room and sees the damage done to Jimmy. May realises that this is way beond her expertise and does not want to make things worse. She decides she can do no more than wait for a real doctor.*

Yeah Doctor Lock doesn’t seem to care about Aurelius ‘injury’s’ one bit and runs to Jimmy right away letting May act as ‘nurse’ given Dalia isn’t around. “…. most of the burns are on his arms… it should be safe to move him and I’ll have an easier time dealing with this in Sick bay… come on kiddo lets get you out of here..”

Jimmy gets up slowly with an ‘… ow…’ and a few minor complaints..holding back a scream as he shifts his arm the wrong way “… I’m… twenty years old… why does everyone call me kid…… OH GOD FdHSDLSAJDSA OW!…Hurts.. so.. ow….”

“Like i said before,Abel,I’m not sure yet,i didn’t have a chance to decode enough of that message before the console exploded.”

*He looks annoyed at the fact that he found the message at all*

“A-And i think my vocabulator has been,d-damaged slightly.”

Message? *He stops behind Dr.Lock and Jimmy, waiting at the bottom of the stairs, and turns to Aurelius* What message, what did you find on there?

*May taps on the engineer’s shoulder and gives him a ster, yet calming look. She was hoping to convince him that accusations would lead nowhere right now. Then she turns back to help Dr.Lock carry Jimmy to the sick bay.*

(Do you think “reset” should be changed to “formatted”? Formatting usually implies wiping something to restore it. Just a suggestion.)

*He freezes completely, his knees starting to shake* They…they want to delete Molly? No, they can’t delete her…She…I…*He’s at a loss for words, simply standing there, limbs shaking* That wasn’t even her fault…*He slumps to the ground, unable to stand any longer*

(Davier is very dead. Not sure what I said to suggest he isn’t.. did I make a typo somewhere? The only reason Molly hasn’t noticed is because she was offline when he died.. and there’s nothing left of him!)

The current situation is thus:Sula and the Captain are in Sickbay talking.

Jimmy and Aurelius are injured. They are being brought to sick bay by Abel, Doctor Lock, and May. Not that much can be done for Aurelius there (he’ll have to repair himself, likely with some help). Aurelius having recently discovered a deleted message that recommends Molly be ‘Reset’. More or less deleting everything that she is due to an event that happened 16 years ago.

Molly is back online but has little control over the stations systems though she is trying to get things under control. The lights, doors, and elevators are working again though most other systems are still busted.

All other characters are assumed to be in the Lobby trying to stay calm.)

(People are slowly adapting longer posting times which slow things downs some (But raises the quality of the RP which I much prefer). I’ve been trying to add a little drama to the disaster scenes making them happen with player input rather then simply posting the murder and leaving it that….which slows things down a little bit more. Apparently a few people ended up getting sucked into exams and Video game shows around start time. Last but not least there were a few arguments earlier in this game which brought the RP to a halt for a bit.)
