The plan as far as I know it was to release Black and White on the DS, since it is being released in Japan next year. I just think it will be held off until the 3DS

What’s with the clothes on the new trainers? Never mind they’re not 10 anymore, they’re apparently older, but the guy has winter clothes on, and the girl has summer clothes on. What kind of weirdass climate does this new region have?

Looks more like a light jacket to me than a wintet coat, I would wear that spring/fall, the girl’s clothers are definately summer tough

I like the new season basicly because the villians keep trying to striaght up kill Ash which is hilarious. the games while a bit stale at times have improved over the years by fine tweaking, platinums the peak for me my favorite overall. bought heartgold but it felt dated and cramped. i would love to see a anime style game thoug where you control the actual pokemon when you send em out and can target trainers but i dont think that will happen. also always a nidoking on my eam since first generation dont know why

I was similair to Taeshi. Dedicated from blue to silver then got bored with it and thought they were adding too many. It wasn’t until i got my hands on Soulsilver did i play again, leading me to purchase platinum as well.

I’m back into it, but hoping that Black and White adds something reeeeeeally new cause lets be honest, Pokemon NEEDS to move on or else we’ll be doing the same thing and trying to catch 12000 pokemon in the newest versions, Spleen Magenta and Apendix Gunmetal.

That being said, Dragonite is awsome. XD

I love Eevee. Some people don’t like them because they have 7 possible evolutions but I love the damn things. Anyone else’s opinions?

I don’t believe that the Eevee family has brought up a Pokémon yet that I don’t like. ^_^

I remember being like 10 and how everyone was bragging about seeing the first movie in theaters, Pokemon was so big in my elementary school that they banned it for all the problem it caused….so every would sneak trading them kinda like drugs….ah the memories.

I’ve been waiting for a Normal-type Eeveelution since somewhere in the second generation. I imagine it would look like a combination of Eevee and Renamon, only much cuter. ^_^

Oh, and a Dragon-type would be wonderful, too.

@Miw: Yes, I do know of that method. It’s quite the shocker, only you cannot really use the Rattatta for anything else.

I think Eevee is meant to be the normal one, with all it’s evolutions being the elemental ones

i gave up pokemon after diamond but before then i tried to get every pokemon game out there

My shiney dragonite also has swords dance and can one hit outrage about anything.
My Gardevoir has saved my ass countless times in battle.

The rest are along for the ride, but all have their strengths.

I got into the game when it was ‘new’, and ‘unique’ and what not, when the anime was barely known by people. I was way too old for it (I think) when I got into it. It was just Blue and Red then.

Then, really a lot of little kids in the neighborhood got into it, and I beat the game and so I was like, yeah let’s let them have their fun with it. I still have friends my age that occasionally play it.

My boyfriend got be to play Pearl and I tried, but, it just wasn’t happening. I didn’t really care a bit for the monsters, and everyone that I knew that played, played like little min-maxer munchkins, and I’m the kind of person that’ll leave useless dudes in my party because I like them or have some sort of emotional attachment to them.

So my dudes were always kind of shitty becausei t’d be like “Oh shit, a cat, I’m going to own this cat, pokeman ball go.” “You have caught a cat. It has electricity but is really shitty, but you’re going to love it because it’s your cat.” where everyone else has like 300 legendaries and stuff. So battling them was pretty hopeless.

It also got real damn confusing real quick, shit like female Mr. Mime. That and I thought the non-existant plot and the battles with absolutely no animations, while acceptable/cute in like 1996 or whatever, grew real dated in 2007.

Speaking of Mr. Mime, because the only one originally anyone could get was named Marcel, and he was clearly a human looking thing dressed up, and you could only get him in trade for a different pokemon, we had a joke theory that somebody just popped their grandpa in a pokeball.

“My name is Marcel!” “No! Your name is Mr. Mime! I need to get an Abra, and you’re going to shut up and like it!” *Marcel weeping*

Yeah, if the 3DS version wants to update the animations, I’d buy it.

I’m probably not going to buy anymore pokemon games anyways. SoulSilver will be my last, and so I am currently working on it being my best and am trying to make it the first time I complete the pokedex entirely.

Hee, Zav, I build my team in exactly the same way as you. It isn’t foreign to me to battle with a Skitty or a Pichu. ^_^

It works in Red too, the only Jinx in the world is named Lola and owned by some other kid and looks like a human with make up and stuff on, so it’s like..
