I love Lucy and Tess, and I don’t care how cliché that sounds!

Both characters are extremely flawed, but I have something for the whole ‘broken wing’ thing I guess… Still, despite the bad choices they’ve each made, out of all the characters in the comic, they’re the one’s I most want to see come out the other side happy.

I also have a soft spot for Carter… But don’t tell him I said that!

Lucy’s the #1 character for me, but Mike is a close second

Lucy is my favorite character. she somehow reminds me a lot of myself though i never really hit anyone >.>

Paulo because he acts like me and Tess because she acts like my best friend. Mike acts a little less like me, but I still like him. I know he gets a rep as a douche lately, but he’s so tired of Lucy’s crap. I get it. I’ve felt like that often enough.

I don’t really love any character, and I don’t feel identified with any of them.
But if I have to choose, I’d say Blur. I don’t know why, I just like him.

At the start… Lucy and Mike, straight up.

Now however things are different. Top 5 in order:

Lucy - Still identify with her the most.
Paulo - Looks like he may be growing out of the “sex is everything” phase.
Lily - Oh great wise one.
Tess - Has Paulo wrapped around her little finger.
Mike - Fell from on high because of his horrible handling of Lucy’s confession.

@”jay the first” at least he is still 5th outta like then 10 or more characters in the story….

Well Kariz, at the start of his screw up he really just bottomed out, but seeing that he hasn’t really abandoned his friendship with Lucy, evident by his desire to be friendly during the audition comic, helped boost him back up some.

I only put Sandy at the bottom because I blame HER for every crappy thing that has happened between Mike and Lucy.

Ah, yes, well, not gunna lie, I did like Mike as my favorite until these latest chapters, but it’s just so hard to like him since he’s so angry right now! Of course, he kinda reminds me of myself my softmore year…oh god.

Anyways, best ever is McCain. His appearances are timed so well and his speech is brief but he accentuates any point made so well!

Hmmm… my list would probably go like this.

1.Daisy (she got past all her drama and is back to being normal xD)
2.Paulo (idk, he’s just cool)
3.Abbey & David (david is awesome, and abbey is so sweet)
4.Kizuna & Sue (both bg characters with a lot of potential)
5.McCain ( he’s freakin funny)
6.Tess (she reminds me of me xP)

Mike is also a really good character, but Lucy makes me so mad sometimes with her clingy-ness… *holds up Kizuna to block me from angry Lucy fans* Still, she’s pretty cool and reminds me of one of my friends.

Angry Lucy fan here. Kizuna no longer exists… I suggest you find someone else to be your meat shield. *Prepares the Lazar* =)

I’ll defend Mike! I get that he’s tired of the way Lucy treats him but he’s not giving up on her, not yet anyway. And if she wants to abandon their friendship just because he’s no longer a romantic interest, well, good riddance.

Also, I totally agree with elosogamer.

Favorite is definitely Daisy! She’s just so likable even through her dddrama phase(which I ate up ahaha). Smart, adorable, friendly, bright, but with her ‘section’ we were shown she is also quite a dimensional character.
Next is Mike because I feel like he is extremely realistic in personality and the way he acts. He really didn’t become a favorite until the resent chapters because I was able to gain respect for him through him not requiting Lucy’s feelings JUST to make her happy etcetc. He stood up for himself and isn’t going to take her crap. And also because he is so loyal to Sandy, it’s easy to like him for that.
Last is probably Paulo, do idea why on that one but since I started the comic yearsss ago I’ve always liked him, haha.

I can’t say I like Daisy all that much. Simply put, she’s too perfect. She’s smart, popular, good looking, and her drama phase was minimal.

She might be hiding more than you know…

Faithfulness is certainly a good quality. Too bad he spoiled THAT one early on with his obsession over the kiss Lucy gave him at the end of the Confrontation series. That right there puts his absolute devotion to Sandy into question.

Perhaps not a “couple” but Mike certainly wasn’t keeping Sandy in his thoughts back then.

Of course not! He was obsessing over Lucy. His relationship with Sandy came by Lucy’s own suggestion.

And if Mike had been reading between the lines when she made that suggestion, this whole bloody drama might have been averted.

And then we wouldn’t have any more comic… damn I hate when that happens.

Yeah, I know, but that thread hasn’t been posted in in a while and I felt it was a worthy point to spread around. ^.~

I dunno. There are several ways in which a character could be my favorite…

Character I enjoy seeing the most:

Paulo. While he loves to pretend to be a total womanizer, he is simply incapable of following through on it, and while he does stupid things, he does it in an amusing way. The fact that he isn’t just a two-dimensional jerk and acts a lot like a real person also helps… he FEELS real, perhaps more so than everyone else in the cast. The thing he has going on with Tess is cute, as is his relationship with Lucy.

Character who evokes the most EMOTION from me:

Lucy. She’s so cute, so emo… and so stubborn. She’s also (arguably) gotten the most development (though Paulo comes close). Her situation reminds me of… well, see Mike below. I love her to bits, and feel really sorry for her.

Character who is the most LIKE me, and probably draws me into the comic:

Mike. I was Mike in high school, to some degree; while I was a nicer guy, and much more stoic, I had a similar situation where at least a couple of my female friends had crushes on me, I was oblivious and pined after a long-distance someone… yeah. This comic makes me feel kind of sick to my stomach as I think about how awful it must have been for those who liked me.

Bit part character:

Zachary. I really liked him. It is good that he isn’t around… but he will be again, I’m sure, and I really liked what he did in the vacation arc. He caused some movement despite not completely understanding the situation, and his outsider view is very interesting and I’m sure a lot of people can empathize with his observations. Also, he also reminds me of myself to some degree, as I’d totally poke my nose in and end up getting called a pedo XD He’s awesome for that reason as well.

@Pronkat: Interesting enough… until Titanium Dragon came with the mega ontopic post, this thread was busy bashing Mike while the “frustrating charas” topic was having pity of Paulo. Forums will be forums.

And well, let’s try to follow a bit Titanium Dragon’s lead and be ontopic.

I think it has been rather obvious by my fanboyism in other topics: I think my favorite character may be Paulo (it’s rather hard to choose at times&hellip. As said by Titanium is he has gotten a lot of character development during the years, he is one of the most 3D and his antics are normally fun to watch from this side of the screen. Besides, I feel somewhat related to him in the sense of how stupid I could be in teenage years (not that I have gotten better in the stupid department… but at least I think is for other reasons).

And of course he is just the best at funny/stupid faces. And that’s oh so important.

I was on topic mate, I was defending Mike here and bashing Paulo there. Though without discussion the threads would be boring wouldn’t they?

On topic. Right now Paulo is on top of my favorite list, much like it seems to be with most people. I suspect that has a lot to do with recent character development. As other characters become more developed favorites will likely change.

A close second at this point is Lucy, who is currently in mid character development phase 1.

And way down at the bottom, ISN’T MIKE!!!! OMG!!!!
