Sunday seems to freeze in place a moment, blinking as her brain tried to register what had just occurred. Slowly, her head rose as she eyed Dave.
“You’re rather… Insightful… For a barbarian…”
She thinks quietly to herself before nodding and sitting upright with a smile.
“You and Sean are right. I can’t just keep sitting next to my father, hoping that Makar will eventually propose… I have to take the initiative!”
She blushed a little at the idea.
“Though… Maybe when I can get him alone first…”

The lady hedgehog is about, perhaps not right besides the fire, but close enough to keep an eye and keen ear on things, but not really be part of the conversation. Off aside, sitting cross legged in an almost meditative pose having a lovely cup of herbal tea of her own blend….. that blend being the casual addition of some Fine-Northan Rum, taking a sip and giving a sigh as she eves drops in silence.
Ah.. what do you know.. the Dog has more sense about these things then my dear Sunday…

Hmm, but my, don’t they just look adorable under that tree toge-
Hannibal looks like he just saw a ghost, or rather, just heard one. Did…did anyone hear that just now?
Comment ID #49787
Simply nods and notices the strangely dressed fellow. Refering to Carter.
What’s the little guy’s story anyway?
Looks at Hannibal and is tempted to unsheath his sword.
Hear what?
Comment ID #49788
I wish the best of luck to you Princess and don’t forget that not all barbarians are savage types. I do have my moments.
He chuckles and takes another swig of beer
((I’ve got to go now, just assume Dave stays around the campfire listening to the conversation and drinking alcohol))
Comment ID #49789
Bloody hell, I’ve got to stop hitting the stuff so heavily. I could have sworn I heard that dead southerner for a moment.

Delilah blushes a bit at the conversation between the princess and her companions by the fire, falling silent for a while as they give the princess advice on Lord Makar and ducking her head a little. When finally Sean looks back towards Carter, she welcomes the change in conversation.
I don’t really know. He seemed to know the Lady, though; I think I saw him after her at the festival, though she didn’t look happy to see him. He’s a jester I think, I’ve seen him around a good bit at such events lately, but I don’t really know him at all. He was out there with me when Dave and Lord Makar and the others were off fighting the dragon… he made me stand up and help.
She seems a bit nonplussed by Hannibal’s sudden reaction.
I didn’t hear anything. Too bad Lady Lieselotte is out… *the dancer scoots a bit closer to Albert*
Comment ID #49792
The princess seems lost in thought when Hannibal asks if they heard anything
“Hmm? Maybe you just heard the fire crackling?”
Comment ID #49794
What? A ghost? Well, I have heard rumors…
(Just tryin’ to get this train rollin’.)
Comment ID #49795
I’m going to check on our comrade who was wounded by that ice spear, that was a pretty serious injury.
Heads off to find Lily.
Comment ID #49796
Rumors? Hit me.
Comment ID #49799
Well, I’m not sure if they’re credible. However, I have heard that spirits have been reported to reside in physical objects sometimes, but the incidents don’t seem to share a common factor.
Comment ID #49800
So the ghost of my fallen assignment is residing in one of these swords? Man, I must’ve accidentally spiked your drink as well…
Comment ID #49801
I’m sure most of these rumours are quite as real as me.
Comment ID #49802
I… wasn’t drinking. In fact, I need to be sober to focus on my training.

She stretches and yawns, her eyes finally opening from her deep slumber. She drowsily looks up through the thick canopy for a few seconds before she realizes a sensation on her head. Turning around, she sees Lord Makar gently resting his fingers over her head, she immediately sits upright, blushing profusely at him. Realizing he’s asleep, she gets up and sits at the fire, scowling in an attempt to hide her blush.
Comment ID #49804
Is nobody else hearing this?
Hannibal looks around the fire and notices Lieselotte.
Hey, bloodsucking monster. You’ve been around the block a bit, right? What do you think of me hearing dead people perhaps through an enchanted weapon?
Comment ID #49805
heh, Lily isn’t exactly hard to find, still sitting where she was before, enjoying her tea, blowing away the mist from the top of the cup before taking sip. As Sean approach’s she glances his way with a quirk of her brow, then down at her rippling reflection
She speaks with a faint smile. “Ah.. if it isn’t the young master of the arcane…not enjoying the others company? You’re free to sit and have a cup either way”
(What think it’s unusual for her to call him that? He’s spent most of the game casting spells. STRONG ones. She hasn’t seen his character sheet after all.)

Delilah is a bit confused by the conversation going on around her, feeling as though she is missing something important. She doesn’t notice the vampire until Lady Lieselotte has sat down at the fire, and Delilah looks concerned as she realizes that the vampire is flushed and looking unhappy.
Aw, I hope we didn’t wake you up. You two looked so cute together over there. *she smiles at the vampire, not realizing what dangerous ground she is treading on*
Comment ID #49808
She glares at Hannibal for a few seconds, with a cold intensity that could be felt around the entire campfire before she looks down into the flames.
I think you’re a crazy fool. You’re a crazy fool who needs to choose his words all the more wiser if he doesn’t wish to become an empty husk of a man.
She glances up from the fire again to Delilah, though her gaze is not nearly as threatening as before.
What exactly are you getting at?
Comment ID #49809
Blushes.
It’s nothing like that, I just came to see how your injury was treating you. I would have come sooner, but the past two battles left me a little tapped out.
Comment ID #49810
What? Did you really think that the prince of a tribe focused on the way of the sword would be carrying around just any old weapon did you?
Comment ID #49812
((I’m gonna start talking to myself once I’m done prodding the Vampiress, so don’t think I’m ignoring you.))
She’s getting at the fact that you were just curled up underneath a tree with the man. Your thinly veiled attempts at making us think you don’t like him are pitiful enough for me to shoot off my mouth like this without fear of retribution. You know why? Because deep down, you know we’re right.
Comment ID #49813
Delilah smiles a bit, chiming in.
He looked really worried about you! When I woke up, he was over there, looking down at you and petting your ears.
I hope maybe someone I have someone like that for me…

She glares at him again, her fangs bared and claws extended. Her focus now is entirely on the drunkard, as she hisses her words towards him.
Know your place fool before I teach it to you. I may have been injured, but my strength and speed still outmatch everyone else’s here.
Comment ID #49817
My, the aloof Lady Vampire is letting a mortal, and a drunken one such as myself get to her like this? It’s like you’re a child with a crush on the knight in shining armor.
Comment ID #49818
The hedgehog lady gave a light chuckle at Seans desire to help, just shaking her head at his embarrassment, still looking his way out of the corner of her eye “Oh.. the Princess took care of it hours again…. I dare say I’d be in much worse shape by now if she hadn’t…..and is this modesty I detect?”
(Yeah blanked on that one!)
Comment ID #49819
At this, she rushes around the fire, picking up the man by his neck and raising him above the ground. She snarls at him, pressing a claw from her other hand firmly against his neck, yet not piercing his flesh. She bares her fangs again at him, inches from his face.
Choose your final words wisely mortal. Do you wish to die fast or slowly, I will happily oblige to either request.
Comment ID #49820
Watch yourself there Hannibal, wouldn’t want to have you end up like me as well.
Comment ID #49821
That’s completely uncalled for! Everyone likes Lord Makar!
Delilah scowls at the man, then squeaks loudly as Lady Liesolette leaps across the fire and grabs the hapless warrior by the throat, watching wide-eyed as the vampire lifts him bodily off the ground with one arm. She begins to tremble as the vampire’s claw depresses his flesh.
No, don’t kill him! I don’t want to see anyone else die!
Comment ID #49822
Suddenly and without warning, Lieselotte feels the slender arms of Princess Sunday gently wrapping around her midsection.
“Please my lady… We have seen too much death this day as it is…”
Comment ID #49823
Embarressed even further.
I….er…It’s just that, I’m not a master…I mean, I may be at the spells I know, but that’s only seven…The reason I know Dark magic is due to my younger reckless days back when I still traveled with my friends and…Luna.
Clenches his fist and looks down.

After a long time of hard work Kriegsherr had finally fashioned the black wing into a large cape, having finished with the cape he took off his upper body armor to try and attach it to the armor
Now then, how to go about this? Hmm… Ah-ha! I think I’ll carve some of the bone into a chain and…
With a sudden gust of wind he immediately felt cold, and began to walk over to the fire
Brr…
As soon as he gets to the fire he sits down and starts working on the bones immediately, looking a tad ashamed
Comment ID #49825
Hey!! Hold it!
He rushes up to the vampire, but doesn’t get too close. He pulls out his shield, then approaches further, planning to “detach” her, with his shield to protect against her claws.
Comment ID #49826
Hannibal stares directly into the creature’s eyes as she suspends him above the ground. It isn’t fear Hannibal feels, but a heightened sense of things.
Comment ID #49828
You may want to consider apologizing before she rips a hole in your throat.

Lily sighs now, Seans words lost to her as she sees Hannibal be a drunken fool yet again.
How that man has lived this long I’ll never know.
With a groan she gets to her feet. Casually motioning Sean aside as she starts to walk towards the fire hands at her back, her face nothing but seriousness as she yells “… Vampire!” standing in place as Lieselotte’s eyes come towards her. “Do you think… Do you really -think- the Lord Makar will let this slide? Go ahead.. kill the man… ” She motions her hand towards him “See what answer he gives you when he wakes”

(Did Kriegsherr just come and sit by our fire?)
Comment ID #49833
He simply sits there, lost in thought.

glides behind Lily
“I concur with this reasoning, by the mannerisms of Lord Makar I believe that he will not take kindly to the death of a party member at the hands of another.

(@Spirit of The Angel: yes, he did, and quite shirtless as well, I may add XD )

She looks down at Lily, then to Lord Makar sleeping by the tree. She presses her claw into Hannibal’s neck, only enough to cause a pinprick before dropping him to the ground. She looks at him with disgust before walking out to the edge of the camp.
I never should have gotten involved in the affairs of mortals.

Delilah watches the vampire drop the man, then stalk off. She clutches her belly, feeling a bit sick to her stomach, then looks around and realizes that everyone has ganged up on the immortal feline. Rather too late, she stands up as the vampire stalks off behind a tree, out of her line of sight. The dancer looks around, then dashes after her, thinking for no good reason that the vampire is about to go off on her own.

Hannibal lands on Icarus with an “oof” and an “ow” before getting up and looking after the vampire.
Strange creatures, temperamental and if they’re in denial, they’ll be sure to do anything to remain in their little reality. And with their advanced hearing, they can detect all manner of drunken fools insulting them as they bleed from their necks. Their warm, life-giving blood…
Comment ID #49840
Not to slight your near death experience with the vampiress, but it seems you have a new member around the fire.
Comment ID #49841
Sunday watches Lieselotte leave and turns to the group
“I’ll go talk to her…”
Saying this, she makes her way after the Vampire. It isn’t long before she finds the lady, though she’s not really sure what to say.
“Is something bothering you my lady?”
Comment ID #49843
(Im gonna sleep. I don’t think I need an automode, Im dead already)
Comment ID #49845
Lily watches the Vampire walk off keeping her stare serious….until finally taking a breath letting herself relax continuing on towards the fire “Well that was lovely… I don’t suppose we can make it to the wizards tower -without- killing each other?” stopping beside Hannibal as he makes another daft comment getting the Hedgehogs fist atop his head as a result “Or yourselves…” frowning at drunken warrior before watching the Princess walk off… naturally a little worried.. but the vampire wouldn’t be so foolish to hurt her… would she?
Though.. sense is a bit lacking tonight it seem.
Comment ID #49846
Hannibal follows Lily’s gaze. She’ll be fine. If a drunk mess like me survived, she’ll be okay with the Lady. And it would seem that the voice of my dead assignment is finally piping down. How refreshing…wait. Lily. You’ve been around the block a few times, right? Any idea about this, or am I just more smashed than normal?
